I started on Wednesday but am only doing this from today, so I can keep a reminder. I have about 7/8 stone to loose

1 pint of skimmed milk = 5

Breakfast
30g Porridge made up with water = 1
Black forest fruits = 2
Sweetner - 0

Lunch
Small bowl of last nights mushroom stir fry with quorn fillets (cut into strips) and chillie noodles = 5
Apple = 0

Dinner
Pollock fillet - 104 g = 3
Potatoes (skin on) in chips (baked in oven) 300g = 8
1 tin Batchelors mushy peas = 6
Tomato ketchup, 4 tbs = 2
WW bread made into breadcrumbs = 3
1 x egg white = 1

Total = 36
1 from pro points allowance

Weekly total for propoints allowance = 1

Had my first weigh in and lost five pounds so Im well chuffed

I keep forgetting to put in what I have been doing on here, but last week was success

Wednesday

Breakfast 30g porridge (made with water and splash of milk) = 1
Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries - 0
1/2 pint skimmed milk = 3

Lunch
Home made butternut squash soup = 0
WW oat and wheat crackers 2 x 3 pack = 2

Dinner (hmmm)
went out for curry and was well worth it
Chicken chat = havent got a clue but put it at 10 = 10
Lamb tikka = 14
Pilau rice = 16
plain nan = 12

Total 58 points (arrrgh)
35 from my allowance
23 from weekly allowance
 
Thursday

Breakfast
30g porridge = 1
Banana = 0
1 pint skimmed milk = 5

Lunch
Salad inc, cucumber, spring onions, salad leaves
Quorn fajita strips 100g = 3
Fat free vinagerette (sp) = 0

Dinner
Jacket potato = 8
WW chicken and tomato ready meal = 7

Snacks
Apple, banana
French Fries (out of multipack) = 2
Curly wurly = 3


Total = 29
(I will have a think about using up my 6 points, possibly low fat marg on my jacket)

200g turkey steak = 6

Yet to be decided as off out for dinner with friends. I have 24 points from today and 24 weekly pro points. I hardly ever go out to dinner now its twice in one week :) Will have to do extra at the gym tomorrow!

4 hula hoops, 8 grapes and 2 mini breadsticks
I managed to resist pudding
Im calling it a total of 26

Crown carvery (wish I had read the eating out guide before I went)

Yorkshire pudding = 9 (it so wasnt worth it)
Stuffing ball = 4

Carrots = 0

80g Couscous, soaked in water and a bit of tumeric = 7
200g new potatoes = 4
Fat Free vinagerette (with some balsamic mixed in)

French fries out of multipack = 2
4 Jumbo snack a jacks S & V = 4

Total points = 32
Weeklies used = 35
