Weighed in this morning and put 3lb on :mad: absolutely gutted as although I had 3 days "off-plan" I made sensible choices when eating out (went to Nandos and had a pitta with halloumi and mushroom and instead of garlic bread & chips I had the spicy rice & macho peas)

Quick question. Just looking at your food for today. I may be incorrect, but isnt the Mild Cheese & Broccoli Pasta n Sauce just 1/2 a syn? I just went onto Body Optimise to check this and on a Green Day it says its 0.5....but I've heard Body Optimise has different syn amounts to Lifeline Online (or whatever it's called lol).

Must say, I love your varied plan. All the food you have sounds delicious :)
 
Ohh thank you Geordiegirl!! I follow the plan from home so couldn't check the syn value. If the SW website says it's only 0.5syn then that will do me!!!

I'm proud of myself today, I made it my mission to make hubby a SW friendly tea for his birthday and my sister & our friend were here unexpectedly so I ended up making up things as I went along & making up my own recipe, my friend, hubby and sister were so chuffed with the meal!! :D
