Starting today!!!

Tuesday 12th - Green
Breakfast - Oatsosimple & milk (HEa)
10.00 - muller light
Lunch - Pasta with passata & 21g l/f cheese (1/2HEa), apple, small brown roll (HEb)
3.00 - muller light and melon
Dinner - 2 jacket potatoes, beans, 21g l/f cheese (1/2HEa)
Syns - glass low alcohol fizzy wine - 4
 
Wednesday 13th - EE
10.00 - Half a scone & 1 teaspoon of flora
Lunch - pasta with passata,chicken and 21g l/f cheese (1/2 HEa), apple
3.00 - melon and muller light
Dinner - Fish dish (pasta, passata, fish, garlic, chilli powder, veg)
Syns - scone (5.5), flora (2), small glass fizzy rose wine (4) = 11.5

Dinner changed had quorn mince with passata, garlic, chilli powder and spaghetti!

Thursday 14th - EE
Breakfast - porridge with water (thought it would have been yuck but was nice with some sweetner on it)
Lunch - spaghetti, passata, chilli powder, garlic, chicken, frozen veg, apple
3.00 - muller light
Dinner - haddock with schwartz shotz, baked beans, 21g l/f cheese (1/2HEa) and garlic concertina potatoes (thanks britmum)
Supper - asda pitta (HEb) with 21g l/f cheese (1/2HEa)
Syns - 2 Glasses fizzy rose (8)

Friday 15th - Green
Breakfast - Porridge (HEb) made with water
Lunch - Asda pitta (HEb) with tuna and cheese (HEa), muller light & apple
3.00 - muller light
Dinner - baby boiled potatoes, baked beans, fried egg
Syns = Tuna (1.5), 3 bottles Magners Light (13.5) = 15
 
Saturday 16th (not great!!!!)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEb) with water
Lunch: Scrambled egg, 2 bits of bacon
Dinner: Didnt have any!!! Went out for a couple of drinks and forgot to go home!!!
Syns - off the scale, had 3 magners light (13.5) and 6 small bottles wine (???)
 
Monday 18th - EE
Breakfast - Porridge (HEb) with water
Lunch - Pasta with passata and leftover chicken breast from yesterday
3.00 - Muller light
Dinner - baby boiled potatoes, haddock with shotz on & veg changed to slimming world chips
Syns - penguin biscuit (5.5)

Lunch - Pasta with passata, leftover haddock and veg, apple
3.00 - Muller light
Dinner - butternut squash & red pepper soup, chicken breast with schwartz shotz and baked potato with laughing cow extra light (HEa) and roasted peppers
Syns - ww lemon slice (4), 28g low low cheese (4) = 8

Wednesday 20th - EE
Breakfast - Porridge (5) with water
Lunch - Pitta (HEb), ham, 21g low fat cheese (1/2 HEa), muller light, apple, ww choc mini-roll (4.5)
3.00 - Muller light
Dinner - home-made burgers with laughing cow extra light triangle (1/2 HEa) and lettuce, slimming world chips and roasted peppers. (mite have some bacon and a fried light egg on top of the burger. My dad cant believe im on a diet!!!)
Syns = ww lemon slice (4), porridge (5), ww choc roll (4.5) = 13.5

The burgers turned into sloppy joes so didnt bother with the bacon and egg! Also had two quality street sweets at 2.5 syns each so but didnt have the ww lemon slice so works out now at 14.5 for the day!

Thursday 21st - Green (have a meeting in work tonight so in work from 9 this morning until 10 tonight eeek!)

Lunch - pasta with passata & herbs, 42g l/f cheese (HEa) pineapple & muller light
3.00 - Muller light
Dinner - butternut squash & red pepper soup, baked potato with flora (2), beans & 42g l/f cheese (HEa), pineapple, ww choc mini roll (4.5)
Syns - 14
 
Friday 22nd - EE
Breakfast - Porridge (Heb) with water and sweetener
10.00 - Muller light & pineapple (still full after porridge so didnt bother)
Lunch - Pasta with passata, herbs & 21g l/f cheese (1/2 HEa), pineapple (eat the muller light)
3.00 - Muller light (will have the pineapple from earlier)
Dinner - chicken breast stuffed with laughing cow extra light (1/2 HEa) and schwartz shotz over the top, sw chips and roasted veg.
Syns = 3 magners light (13.5)

Saturday 23rd - EE am away with scouts all afternoon so think this should fit in.
Breakfast - Porridge (HEb) with water and sweetener, scrambled eggs and bacon (didnt have these, didnt have time)
Lunch - whatever is provided at the centre we are going to???? (had veg soup with a muller light banana and custard yoghurt with a banana in it)
Dinner - Chinese - Chicken Chow Mein (7)
Syns - 2 glasses rose wine (8) = 15

Sunday 24th - EE (away with scouts all afternoon again!!!)
Breakfast - Porridge (HEb) with water and sweetener
Lunch - fried eggs, bacon, beans
Dinner - Haddock with shotz, slimming world chips, cheese (HEa) and roasted peppers. WW choc mini roll crumbled into vanilla muller light. Dinner was chicken, boiled ham with basmati rice (4), passata and some chilli powder in it.
Syns = basmati rice (4), ww choc mini roll (4.5) = 8.5

Monday 25th - EE
Breakfast - Porridge (HEb) with water and sweetner
Lunch - Pasta with passata and chicken with 21g l/f cheese (1/2HEa), 1/2 tub of muller light with kiwi, pineapple and mango in it.
3.00 - Other half of muller light with fruit.
Dinner - chicken with schwartz shotz, jacket potato, (21g l/f cheese (1/2HEA)) roasted butternut squash and peppers. (was late getting home from work and had to grab summing quick before heading out again. Had chicken and pasta with passata and chilli powder with 25g l/f cheese (1/2HEa) and white bread roll (6syns).
Syns - ww choc mini roll (4.5), roll (6) = 10.5

10.00 - Pineapple, mango, kiwi with muller light yoghurt
Lunch - Pasta with passata, chilli powder, tuna and 21g l/f cheese (1/2HEa).
3.00 - Pineapple, mango, kiwi with muller light yoghurt
Dinner - chicken with schwartz shotz, roasted butternut squash & peppers, sw chips, 21g l/f cheese (1/2HEa). (had to grab something quick again last night so had couple chicken breasts, couple baby boiled potatoes fried in frylight with an egg and 21g l/f cheese (1/2HEa) added and half tin of beans.
Syns = ww choc mini roll (4.5), small glass rose wine (4) = 8.5 (didnt have the rose) = 4.5

Wednesday 27th - EE
Breakfast - Porridge (HEb) with water & sweetner.
Lunch - Ham, lettuce, carrot, baby potatoes and boiled eggs. Kiwi fruit & mango.
3.00 - muller light.
Dinner - SW chips, 42g l/f cheese (HEa), haddock with schwartz, roasted butternut squash and peppers.
Syns = glass rose fizzy wine (4.5)
 
It looks okay, a bit hard to read! All I would say is write down what you eat rather than what you plan to eat.
Maybe add a bit of variety, you seem to eat similar things most days and whilst this is okay, it's always best to vary your foods.

There's plenty of fruit and veg and your get your A and B so that's okay!

Porridge (HEb) with water & sweetner

Lunch:
Lettuce, carrot, ham, boiled potato, boiled eggs. Kiwi & mango

Dinner:
Homemade burgers with laughing cow extra light triangles inside (HEa), sweet potato chips, roasted butternut squash & red pepper.

Snacks:
Muller light, asda's hands off my nutty bites (10!!!)

Drinks:
glass rose wine (4), 2 litres water

Total Syns = 14

3 glasses fizzy rose wine (12)

Porridge (5) wit ryvita

Lunch
Chicken curry (10) wit boiled rice.

Dinner
Pitta pocket (heb) wit ham, chicken and cheese (hea)

Total Syns: 15

Sunday 31st - EE

Brunch
Fried egg and bacon (in frylight)

Dinner
1/2 portion Chicken chow mein (7)

Total Syns - Chow mein (7) + 6 bottles magners lite (24) = 31 oopsie
