Friday 22nd - EE
Breakfast - Porridge (Heb) with water and sweetener
10.00 - Muller light & pineapple (still full after porridge so didnt bother)
Lunch - Pasta with passata, herbs & 21g l/f cheese (1/2 HEa), pineapple (eat the muller light)
3.00 - Muller light (will have the pineapple from earlier)
Dinner - chicken breast stuffed with laughing cow extra light (1/2 HEa) and schwartz shotz over the top, sw chips and roasted veg.
Syns = 3 magners light (13.5)
Saturday 23rd - EE am away with scouts all afternoon so think this should fit in.
Breakfast - Porridge (HEb) with water and sweetener, scrambled eggs and bacon (didnt have these, didnt have time)
Lunch - whatever is provided at the centre we are going to???? (had veg soup with a muller light banana and custard yoghurt with a banana in it)
Dinner - Chinese - Chicken Chow Mein (7)
Syns - 2 glasses rose wine (8) = 15
Sunday 24th - EE (away with scouts all afternoon again!!!)
Breakfast - Porridge (HEb) with water and sweetener
Lunch - fried eggs, bacon, beans
Dinner - Haddock with shotz, slimming world chips, cheese (HEa) and roasted peppers. WW choc mini roll crumbled into vanilla muller light. Dinner was chicken, boiled ham with basmati rice (4), passata and some chilli powder in it.
Syns = basmati rice (4), ww choc mini roll (4.5) = 8.5
