Smirky's Food Diary; WI Tomorrow Woo!

Well this is very strange, i could have sworn i started a food diary ages ago and then just forgot to write in it; but seems i didn't as have been through the other pages lol oops!

Seems that's i've just totally missed this section of the board off, haha! :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

So i must add a huge thank you to Kirsty for posting her Diary... therefore introducing me into this section and allowing me to keep a check on myself with foods!

Also! any help of anything i need to change along the way would be great thank you!!! :D

PS: i'm on my last day of following the wendie plan and WI is tomorrow! :D

my usual points allowance is 21, but because i'm 12st 1lbs (last week's WI) i thought about dropping a point already even if i STS etc as it's so close to being in the 11s :) so after today, my normal points will be 20 :)

Dinner (already planned)
Burger - 2points
50/50 crustless bread - one slice - 0.5
homemade chips (150g potato) 1.5 points
ketchup - 0.5

ww rich chocolate pud - 1 point

Allowance; 17 Total; 3.5 + 5 + 5.5 = 14

Wow your meals sound yummy!!! ive just ordered some crustless bread, so if it makes a difference to my weight loss, as i seem to eat 'proper' bread all to easily!!

I think your going to have a loss again tomorrow!! xx

thankyou!! 17 point days are a nightmare HUNGRY! lol the 50/50 bread is very nice and even toasts well also! :D

aww thank you!! i hope so even 1lb will do... but secretly hoping for 2lbs to see that 11 :rolleyes: hehe

you still going to WI tomorrow too hun? or just going to draw a line under it and stick to Thursdays now? :) xx

im going to WI tomorrow, as I wont be shocked if the 7lbs is still there, and then ill start weighing in from Thursdays onwards. ive started my new WW plan so far today so I think it'll prob be best to WI in thursdays from now on xx

sounds good to me hun, hope that nasty 7lbs has gone! haven't a clue what the scales are playing at! But atleast you've got a new view now and everything is worked out! :) Bring on the Thursday WI's! :D xx

thank you hun, i've planned to go a little over each day as want to only about 16 / 17 points on thursday, i always eat less before WI :)

Yesterday;
Cheerios; 1.5

apple; 0.5

Subway, subway club; 4.5
sweet onion sauce; 0.5
Monster munch from multipack; 1.5

pitta; 1.5
sausages; 2
micro chips; 2.5

9.5 + 6 = 15.5

Snacks; crisps x 2 ; 3 , sweets x 3, ; 0.5, ww cookies; 2 - 5.5 + 15.5 = 21..

not bad seeing as being at 12st im meant to be on 21 points... but ive already gone down to 20 to get ready to drop to next stage :) so 1 point over,

Today;

Cereal bar - 1

pitta - 1.5
cheese - 0.5
chicken - 0.5

BUGGER! got hungry.... munchy bug, so today;

allowance 20, total; 27 .. now 8 over! oh deaaar! few 18 or 17 days for me tue, wed and thurs!

though tomorrow ill save about 5ish as in stead of monster much ill have an apple me thinks so save a point there, and so that's 5.5 saved (if guess work on main is right teehee)

soooo 8 over, have 5.5 ish tomorrow say 5 to be on safe side... and then thursday im only gonna have 17 points as it's WI friday... so, actually ill be bang on if i have 20 points mon-wed WOO :D

oh and monday will be;

cheerios 1.5
milk 0.5

beans 1
toast 2 (1.5 bread, o.5 butter)

chinese! :D

rice 5
chips 4? (about 1/4 portion as tray special and read whole bag is 10 points?)

18 ... but ill call it 20 to be on safe side with food and just eat sugar free jelly for puds :)

quick update, after worry today ive felt sick, so i have eaten but not as much as i thought i would,

skipped breakfast
lunch;
pitta 1.5
cheese 0.5
tranformers 2

dinner
beef - only tiny bit - 3 (prob not even that safe side)
mash potato - tiny bit again - 3 (be on safe side with butter etc probs not even that tbh)
yorkshire - 1
veg - 0

pud - tiny milky bar 17p thin on worked out points to be 1.5

so today, allowance- 20, total - 12.5 - saved 7.5 :)

now only 0.5 over :eek: will still saved 3points on thurs before weigh in so that will cover the 0.5 over and although my chinese is covered already tomorrow the extra 2.5 saved on thurs can go towards that just to be on extra safe side

screwed up today, only way to actually bring it back is to not eat anything tomorrow at all lmfao, not having chinese though cba feel sick with worry so no food for me tonight really not in the mood ha

why have you screwed up today? is anything making you overeat at all? or just the cravings? xx

ah just a lot of rubbish going on making me eat, but feel really sick so dunno why im eating, today ive had beans on toast, wedges with bbq sauce about 5 minstrels, mini flumps about 10 of em and some ice cream, dunno if i have gone over but meh don't even want to point it up just gonna stop eating now for the day xx

I always find now, that when I think ive gone over or screwed up I screw up with half the amount of food i would have done before dieting. like before it would have been bags and bags of crisps, chocolate , takeaways the lot. Now i don't eat hardley anything compared to that.
If there is some comfort, at least your not comfort eating to the extremes x

yeah true! just after i've had two good weeks, and WI is on friday i've nearly done 3 weeks without going over points and being able to correct it during the week anyway just very annoying! i dont get tempted by the chocolate or crisps a lot anymore it's the ice cream! :( lol thanks hunxx

no recipe :) brought from iceland, it's 5 points for whole lot, and only £1.50, you get a lot big tray full

i cba to do points atm, start again on friday, prob be gain but i'm happy so i dont care lol
