Sonia's Fast Forward Diary (ROUND TWO) Getting back on track

Ello ello ello all here is my todays menu.

I had 2 rashers of very lean bacon on 2 small slices of wholemeal bread, Din dinns is going to be 2 slices of wholemeal bread filled with 57g of skinless chicken breast, watercress and 1lvl tsp of xtra low fat mayo. Tea will be a WW ready meal of chicken Tikka with rice and a side salad. Oh and gallons of water.

Yeah feeling a bit better in myself I think when you eat rubbish you feel rubbish when you eat good you feel good. I think I got into a vicious circle of eating rubbish food there for feeling rubbish which made me eat more rubbish food. But I gotta break the pattern so thats why I am trying FF for two weeks. I hope that makes sence it does in my head anyway.:D
 
well said mod-karen thats exactly how I feel right now. Stop moaning about being obese & do something about it. ( me not you by the way)
