Speed Food Challenge

After a full week of eating speed foods I lost 1lb last week after having stayed the same the previous week. Now into my second week of lots of speed foods. Today's plan includes:

raspberries
orange
apple x 2
tuna
onion
peppers
tomato
mixed berries
more onions
tinned tomatoes
broccoli
quorn or chicken (not sure which one yet)


Starting weight after holiday 9st 8.5 lbs.
Target weight 9 st.
3.5 lbs to go.

Week 1 - 1.5lb off
Week 2 - 1lb off
Week 3 - 0.5lb off
Week 4 - 1.5lb off
Week 5 - STS
Week 6 - 1lb off
 
Bit poor today - I had run out of berries for breakfast, and as I usually have 3 portions, thats quite a bit ... will try harder tomorrow :eek:

salad leaves inc watercress, spinach and rocket
 
My speed foods today are:

1. apples - S
2. melon - SS
3. garden peas - SS
4. canned tuna - S
5. prawns - S
6. onions - S

What's everyone else having?
 
Today my speedy foods include

strawberries
cucumber
tomatoes
red onion
green pepper
grapes (every time I walk past them!)
satsuma
probably pineapple (depends on whether I fancy it or an egg on my gammon)
 
Mine today...

Baked beans
Strawberries
Melon - yum, haven't had any for ages
Beans in my casserole tonight
Tomatoes
Leeks
Broccoli
 
Sweetcorn is not a speed food (sadly :() although baby sweetcorn is :)

rocket (from the garden not the nasa variety - bet they'd fill ya up, mind! lol)

not doing too well today... by design...

This 'water content' issue is getting me up around 4-5 times a night and Im knackered the next day!! I wanna sleep tonite! I know I shouldnt be moaning but its been 4-5 times every night this week!!! I usually find this on my first week back on plan 100% - but its not been this bad before! Maybe its all the exercising too...
