Yeah any kind of fizzy orange as long as sugar free. Glad yous are all happy with the recipe! I also put a wee bit of tomato puree to take away some of the juice at the end or you could just drain some out

I didnt cook mine I just add it on my plate once cooked not a fan of cooked pineapple anyway lol x

Tried this on Monday and it was great. I had left over pork from Sunday roast so I used it up.

Nope, but like diet coke chicken, I boiled it with the lid on for about 30 mins or until more sticky!

Going to do this tonight with pork. OH wants a battered version so may cook the meat separately from the sauce and just put them together at the end.
