    :D Hello All im starting TS today so far so good i love the taste which i hope stays. just struggling to drink drink drink . Anyway im setting myself my first challenge to keep me in place. Im currently about 11 stone 13 i think (although TOM so prob not accurate) im going to set my first mini goal to be 10 stone 12lbs by valentines day :) :) Hopefully that is achievable . Anyone else got a goal for valentines day :) xx

    day one nearly complete , had thai soup :) yummy, a bar :) and going to have a hot chocolate before bed and ive done 20 mins kettle bells dvd. still guzzling the water too. hope everyones had a great day xx

    I am a similar weight as you with the same target weight. I am going to aim for just a stone lost by Valentines day. How good will that feel. :) Mere x

    a stone would be amazing. i think id be able to fit into my jeans again lol. living in leggings at the moment which is not good :) how r u finding the diet xx

    heres to us loosing a stone then :) i had a cheeky look on the scales this morning and im 3lbs down :) cant wait to see what a week will bring hope everyones having a great day. iv had a bar and a tomato soup today. was dreading the soup but its actually ok :) xx

    Id like to hit 28lbs by Valentines, Thats the target iv set myself in the Feb challenge so fingers crossed. Iv lost 13lbs so far, 15lbs to go xx

    omg thas amazing loss hunni well done you. its stories like this that make me wanna get through this. im sitting indoors bored thinking ' i cant do this i need to eat' but i know i can and i am going to. i cant wait to be thinner. you will lose another 15 lbs def by feb :) then you havent got far to go until your goal :) xxx

    Hi I am finding the diet fine but get a few hunger pangs when I am making dinner for the family.
    I am only using the shakes and bars. Favourite shake is vanilla :).

    Since you have lost almost a stone already and you have 4 weeks to go to Valentines day I am sure you will make your target.

    im just having my vanilla shake now put a bit of coffee in. done my 20 mins kettlebells workout day 2 complete :) xx

    i feel great gotta admit it is an effort but i want to tone. im trying to find out more info on VLCD and working out. saw something that if u do u need to add an extra pack. im going to start swimming tomorrow ease in gently then once week one is over i will start cardio in gym. do u do any excersise at all xxx

    Sounds like a good plan, you'll be slim and toned in no time at all!

    I'm not doing any exercise at the moment, I want to get a good chunk of the weight off first then get back in to swimming. I have rheumatoid arthritis so only gentle exercise or it'll trigger a flare.

    Which products are you using? I've got the bumper pack so shakes, soups and bars - really wishing I hadn't gotten one with bars as they're not too great! Xx

    oh bless ya must be so painful :( swimming is the best for u then :) i got the bumper pack too. i love the bars lol dreading tryin the mushroom soup as i hate mushrooms and the shakes are ok - bearable. im just craving anything and everything at mo. think its easier as i live alone so dont have anyone to cook for lol. its a shame u cant trade on here though isnt it we would save loads of money. have u tried the porrige and cabonara yet xx

    Lol I can't get on with the bars, but gonna eat them cos they're there n paid for. I actually quite like the mushroom soup and I really do like the shakes! Just goes to show how much taste varies from person to person! Shame we couldn't do some swaps, you're right - would save a small fortune!

    I haven't tried the porridge or carbonara yet, I def think they'll be on my next order. Will seem a bit more like real food!

    I find it a struggle when my OH is carrying on as he always has. He snacks and eats whatever he wants - I keep craving either a maccy d or a Chinese! Not going to give up and it is getting easier day by day.

    Thank you hun :) I got so much motivation from reading all the success stories on here at the start. It gets soooo much easier, and quick as a flash you will soon be on 16 days like i am now, Its flown! You can do it xx

    Only day 5 on exante, but had cut back on most things from 6th jan, so been dieting for 10 days now. How long have you been on? Xx

    exante dreamer i hope i can last as long as u lol :) if i could lose 16lbs id be over the moon :) and ali 28 im on day 2 lol so you lovely people are doing far better than me. how long did it take for u to reach ketosis xx
