im just having my vanilla shake now put a bit of coffee in. done my 20 mins kettlebells workout day 2 completexx
i feel great gotta admit it is an effort but i want to tone. im trying to find out more info on VLCD and working out. saw something that if u do u need to add an extra pack. im going to start swimming tomorrow ease in gently then once week one is over i will start cardio in gym. do u do any excersise at all xxx
omg thas amazing loss hunni well done you. its stories like this that make me wanna get through this. im sitting indoors bored thinking ' i cant do this i need to eat' but i know i can and i am going to. i cant wait to be thinner. you will lose another 15 lbs def by febthen you havent got far to go until your goal
