i'm craving a mcdonalds, desperately!! it's my W.I tomorrow and i'm worried if i have one tonight that it may effect my loss because it's obviously quite fatty (medium big mac meal)
i've eaten fruit and cereal today, so have the points available to spare.
do you think i'm better leaving it until tomorrow evening?
