    Why Cambridge

    Last time i did this i found my appetite was reduced after coming off CDC. and i was better at listening to my body saying 'stop eating'. Taking the choice away is what made this diet the 'easiest'.

    good idea! i will weigh myself next tuesday as well. my scales are not the same as CDC however as long as my scales say 11's ill be happy! i want to be in the 11s in 7 days time and that way when i see her next it will be a big minus number to record on my card! haha, silly things make me happy...

    i think you need to up ur calories. i know some ppl here are on 1000, even for me that is a little low, however i think 733cals is too low. if u felt stuffed try eating some nuts , alomond/raisins to up ur cal intake a little

    i always struggle with bread. i love white toasted think bread. YUMMY. so this week i have cut bread out completely. i have not cut out carbs completly, but i think bread is prob worse then all others. so if i can do a week with out i can limit to twice a week next wk.

    yeah i have got some garlic butter form tescos before. however garlic paste means u can control type of butter and calories. you could try toasting some bread with a lil olive oil and rub with garlic, im sure i have seen jamie oliver [or someone similar] do that

    hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm well u should be fine as ull be under how many cals ur body uses a day, however ur body gets used to low calorie intake and so eating alot one day means it all sticks to u :S
