    Thanks for the reply! I am not an official member, I just bought the books on line and do it at home. I am 8st 5 and I am at present on 17 points a day. So does this mean if I go along this week and say I want to get to 8st then I am allowed to join and I can get the shiny new ww info??? xxx

    Think that is defo what your leader must have meant as 14 points would equate to a glass of wine per day which is seen to be acceptable.

    Alcohol should be counted within your daily points allowance, unfortunately. Perhaps your leader was meaning that that is the max amount of points you should really spend on alcohol a week so as not to encourage binge drinking etc? x

    Alpen Light cereal bars are only 1 point and are delicious, especially the choc and fudge one. Weetabix cereal bars also 1 point. Pink and white wafers only half a point and delicious when you put in the microwave for 15 seconds. Velvet crunch crisps only 1 point and are gorgeous too xxx

    Back again!!

    This website is really good for motivation, support and tips. If I am getting the munchies and have no points left I quite often pop on here and have a read of other peoples diaries, weight losses etc and before I know it, 15 mins have passed and so have my cravings for fatty foods!     Tescos light choices cumberland sausages are 2.5 points for 2 sausages and they taste absolutely lovely. Read on here somewhere that Morrisons do sausages for a point each but never bought them myself. xxx
