    I think the wii fit is great! Im not sure if you would see results with the wii fit alone, the gym 3x a week plus a wii fit workout daily would probs be best, but i may be wrong, if you put the time in it may be fine by itself.     Im having trouble with my arms too! theyve always been my problem area though, ive tried light weight lifting but that makes them bulky :/ i guess its just genes with me, although i used to do boxing, and my arms have never been thinner so that might help :)
