hi diddledonna would love to be buddies with u but at moment have fallen off the wagon as i am on the sick at the moment after operation and been putting alot of naughty food in my mouth but i am getting easter out the way and starting a fresh next thursday 28 th , i hope everything is going...

i am thinking of buying a bulk load of yogurts while offer is on in morrisons but if u freeze yogurts can they be only eaten like ice cream or can they also be totaly defrosted ?:confused:

i have been with my husband 22 yrs i was a size 14 when i met him the biggest size i have been is 24/26 and he says he loves me what ever size i am but its for myself i want to lose the weight and nobody else

its only once a yr you have to treat yourself you will get back on the plan after that

i tried them but didint like them but i made a scan bran cake and that was lush

there is a butchers in jarrow tyne and wear called hodgsons he sells normal burgers,chilli burgers,pork sausage,pork and leek sausage,pork and chive sausage,chilli sausage,pork garlic sausage .they are not to dear too

with my job i cannot stay at class but have put a holiday in once a month to see what the class is all about ,i heared it is better to stay to them if you can

if you go to a class try the hi fi bars the mint choc one is lush
