jar of wwatchers tikka masala sauce is 12syns , it is lovely when u add onions,peppers, spices and anything u want to bulk it up and tastes really good, if shared it is not too many points

to add more taste u could use chinese five spices which i think is free and adds some good flavour you will find it beside all the other spices

this might sound crazy, but i dont like to eat a lot of eggs and ham and that in the morning , i like to get some sugar free jelly, mix with cream and a couple of spoons of canned rubarb mix altogether and it makes me feel like i am eatin a cereal from the bowl, i am a tad crazy hehe

hey Guys:) Just had to share this with you, I bought a Morrisons eat smart "chicken dinner" it is only 7pps, you can buy 2 for £4.. it comes with 2compartments, one with chicken,gravy and a pork stuffing ball and the other has mashed pots,carrots and peas, it is really delicious x

hi, if you like custard try w/w custard in a small packet mix it with 150ml of boiling water stir for minute and grt pud for only 2pp, only does 1 though so would have 2 get 2packets
