    It all depends on what you like but I add frozen mixed berries to my shop every week, low fat fromage frais (which is syn free), quark, sweetener, herbs and spices (to add a bit of flavour to dishes that especially need it), cous cous is always a good one to have in the cupboards, 98% fat free...

    250g QUARK 500G LOW FAT FROMAGE FRAIS SWEETNER TO TASTE VANILLA EXTRACT TO TASTE Mix all the above together, and whip until nice and thick, then refrigerate for a few hours. This mixture is absolutely gorgeous with mixed berries or other varieties of fruit. I hope you all like it :D xx
