    I have to admit that I'm 24 and not particuarly overweight, I have always had cellulite, even when I was fairly skinny. I think some people are predisposed to it, but I'm sure that it can definitely be improved even if not go away altogether.

    I wouldn't worry about calorie burn when it comes to weight training really, as there are so many variables. Just focus on the fact that, by having more muscle you will burn more calories at rest and that for a period after weight training, you will burn more calories than you would otherwise too.

    Maintainer, are you like me? I carry ALL of my weight in my lower body, and then when I lose weight it's my upper body that loses it first so I end up looking pretty mismatched!     If you can do 15 reps, then the weight is too light and you need to up it. I would stick (for now) with 3 sets of 10 or 12. Women will not gain muscle in the same way as men, so do not worry about having the weight too heavy for that reason.
