    My first week I spread my shakes out but went to bed super early to stop temptation. I'm now on day 5 and it's much easier, less hunger pangs!! And even the hungers pangs I do have, are not as bad as when I was eating 4 times the calories, yet I was still hungry!! Good luck

    Type ' mix ball shaker' and you'll see what I mean. I've used mine for years when I used to drink vitamin shakes and you can ice or just buy ice cold bottle water to empty in. Perfect for work!

    you should buy a shaker online, they are fantastic. It's a plastic bottle with a ball whisk inside that you shake. No lumps. Only about £6.50 online.

    That's not the general consensus on here, heaps of people who drink more seem to get better results. 2 litres is what I was drinking before this diet so my consultant suggested the more we drink, the easier it is to flush out the crap. I aim for 3 or 4 litres though!

    New to exante! just ordered my first bumper pack!!

    An easier way to ease your self onto it whilst your packs are coming is to eat a low carb diet, scrambled eggs, protein etc. for everyday I fall off the wagon with my shakes, I still make sure I choose chicken, eggs, etc so the next day isn't so rough. Hope they arrive soon!

    I buy a low cal shake from a diet shop online, think its called keediet, try that in google. It's not as cheap as exante but the drinks are nice. I'm addicted to a caffe one, that's like ice coffee. It's definitely cheaper than Cambridge too
