30 Day Shred on LL?

JC, I can't find my tape measure (so annoying), so I didnt. Its on my list to buy one, and my tight jeans are a good measure for me.

After only 3 days my arms are less wobbly and seem to have less cellulite, and my bum feels firmer and higher!! xx
 
Day 4 Shredded!!

Only really my biceps really aching today, my calves a little tight still. Was actually quite surprised that it was over today, so I must be improving!!
 
The old me would not have posted my measurements online, or knocked on a neighbours door to borrow a tape measure either. This info would have been kept very much to myself, much like my secret eating and drinking too!!

But here are my vital numbers, a shame I didnt do this before I started the Shred 4 days ago, as I have definitely shrunk a bit already.

Before LL - 18.01.2010
Bust - 47.5 in
Waist - 40 in
Hips 48.5 in

After - 10.05.2010
Bust - 43 in
Waist - 36 in
Hips - 43.5 in

Today - 23.04.2011
Bust - 43 in
Waist - 36.5 in
Hips - 42 in

I will post my measurements again after completing the 30 Shred. - Now I've said it I will have to complete it! 4 done, 26 to go!! :eek:

I'm on a mission to down size my curves!!

Could hardly get out of my deck chair yesterday evening I had worked my legs so hard!!

Don't think I could have coped with this in abstinence though. xx
 
Thanks, am going to get myself a copy :) No, definitely won't be able to do it on abstinence - I get all shivery and too hungry. Will definitely start it when on RTM as I want to train for a 5K too.
 
Day 5 Shredded!! Woop woop! Half way through level one now!! :)

Added in Level 2 Abs intervals too, as penance for a lapse earlier today. Phew!!

Day 6 Shredded!!

Kept the Level 2 Abs in as I coped with them yesterday -feeling stronger and doing with the moves better.

Increased my weights on the chest flys too - As Jillian says "gotta make it count"
Hardly missed a beat today - in fact did a few extra jumping jacks by mistake!!

Back to work tomorrow - so the challenge will be to do it after a looooong day at my desk! :eek:

Yes I really did get up at 6am to do it before work. :):):) With extra abs too!! xx

I feel leaner and people have noticed at work. One of them has ordered the DVD!!

Wowee! Took my measurements even though my starting measurements were on day 4.

Lost 2 in off my bust
Lost 2 in off my waist!!
Lost 1/2 in off my hips
Lost 1/4-1/2 in off my arms
Lost 1/4-1/2 in off my upper thighs

Very, very happy with these results in 6 days!! xx
 
That is FANTASTIC! I had a little blip yesterday so decided to exercise today - did 15 mins on my X trainer then remembered I'd got this on my PC - did minutes and oh boy, it's brilliant!
 
I'm alive lol thanks for worrying about me.
Yeah I've been doing the shred even took it on hols with me. I love it but I must admit I haven't been doing it since I got back to the UK.
Must resume from tomorrow.

Day 11 Shredded - started level 2!! Woop woop!!

It was ok, I sweated and missed a few reps but in all I coped much better than I thought I would when I watched it through.

There are some killer moves, but nothing lasts for too long. Level 1 must have prepared me well. I feel a bit wobbly, but not anywhere near as wobbly as when I started - 11 days ago!!

Lets see how my body feels tomorrow!! Eek!! :eek::eek::eek:
