Thanks honey! Just 2lbs lost tonight, but now a total of 5 inches off my waist - which is now just 1/2 inch more than my CDC's (who is not fat!!). I feel so positive right now!

Hi Ellie, Im good thanks. Doing well this week, although my TOTM is now on day 20, lol.. CD has really messed it up. Hope it gets back to normal soon. I've lost 12 so far, hoping for another 2 this week to take me to my 1st stone target. I like the challenges, keeps me focussed and I like to push myself too. My inch loss is good so far, I am shocked, 7 from my waiste and 3 from my bust.. I'm sure thats all water retention, but its gone so I'm pleased, lol. I havent lost from my hips yet, but my bum has lost it, my trousers feel really loose in that dept, lol. xx

That's brilliant! The results are so quick aren't they? I actually got off my bum and went for a good wal this evening - have been inspired by the posts about how your metabolism stays burning after exercise!
I also saw a rat - this helped me to walk much quicker! Lol! x

Morning wellandgood. If you have sustained you weight after your huge loss, just think its your body settling down and I think a week every now and again with no or very little loss isn't a bad thing at all. Thanks for that, I know its only a day and it'll be my first WI after my weekend away (ss+) after being back on SS for a week, so will be working really hard that week with toning too.
