Fu*k it ive been 100 % all week

Can't wait to see how much I lost today. Prob nothing as always. I measured myself and i have lost 2 inches chest, 3 inches off waist and 3 inches stomach area :D . Does anyone know why this happens, that weight isn't showing on scales?

You lose the inches from the exercise hun, yer toning up.. And muscle weighs heavier than fat so it may not show on the scales.. Dunno about you but I wouldn't care what I weighed if the inches were reducing :D
 
ha ha thanks hun bit disappointed as i stuck to it 100% and even had 32 weeklies left over. Leader wants me to bring in my diary for the past 2 weeks and see whats going on. As im at it a while now and havent lost much.
 
Yea Hun it was a good laugh. Got a facial 2 ahhhhhh stopped going to class going to do it myself on here :) how u getting on I haven't been online to check your diary x

Hiya.. Sorry not been on for a few days.. Had a wedding Friday and a hangover yesterday so not been great.. Will add up my points for Friday n Saturday tomoro when am back to normal functioning mode.. lol
