Fish in sauce 3pp mash 6pp peas 2pp

Ice lolly

Grapes/apple with yoghurt 3pp

Exercise was dog walking

Awwww Lola is absolutely adorable.

Well done on going out for a run. Food also looks good. Which brand is the fish in sauce? I used to quite like them and 3pp is pretty good.

Thanks about Lola,well it was more of a chase/jog around the grass out the back but I really enjoyed it :0)
The fish is 'youngs' you get four in a pack.

Muesli/banana

2 scrambled eggs with 2 chopped slices of ham on 2 slices of toast/cherry tomatoes on the side

Dinner

Pork chop/peas/mash(1pp for butter)/2 Yorkshire puddings 2pp/gravy 1pp

Snacks

Peach/plum/grapes with yoghurt 3pp/Morrisons chocolate bar 3pp

10 weeklies used/32 left

Exercise was dog walking/20 minutes bike ride
