I might be on here all night :( home alone and so so scared. I'm such a loser .. but arrgghh.. just the cat for company, I am just scared of sleeping ..

Good up day!! :)

Bit disappointed I chose not to gym it.. cancelled my PT as my chest has been playing up due to a horrible cold.. :( felt better and was gonna go gym and be easy on myself but I was just so tired after barely sleeping last night & working all day!!

:( don't know if I'll sleep tonight... hate being alone... hate irrational fears..

Riiiiiiight last week went well! A nice and very UP weekend! Out for my OH's Mum's birthday.. buffet! but didn't eat too much tbh.. :D

Thinking I need to switch up my UD's and DD's week by week as my Pt session will be changing & my days off work will be easier as UD's.. as they turn into them :(

So plan this week is M/W/F - DD T/T/S/S - UD

Mon 29/10 - DD

B: Coffee with a dash cream and a banana - 118 calories

L: Broccoli & spinach with cheese and ham - 116 calories

blueberries - 17 calories

D: Pulled pork soup (yuuummmmmmmm..) - 165 calories
Ryvita dark rye - 35 calories

Woo! Total is 451 atm.. but thinking of a hot chocolate in a bit :) day off tomorrow & gym!! Woo.. trying to get my gym routine back on track & logging in here back on track!
 
Good gym session and. Nice UD.. :) although mfp is telling me the cals are a bit low..

Most of the day was primal/paleo so I am feeling back on track!

Thought I'd share my coconut and lime chicken with stir fry veg... was so nice!

Actually feeling so good about everything for the first time in a few years.. getting more comfortable in my new job, managing to gradually get to the gym after work, I am so tired but I need to get used to it and get into a rhythm :)

I am so excited for Christmas, and I am enjoying life again, I am excited about going out and not worrying about it all, I'm enjoying time and meals etc etc with my OH .. it's all good! :p Got my trainer today as I have my day off, gotta find a suitable dress up costume for work for Children In Need on Friday.. pheewww!

Going out on Friday night, so playing with my days a little..

I'm so self conscious, I hate people being near me when I eat... And I wanna just have a protein shake for my lunch on a DD.. but worry about people at work & what they think.. hmm...

I don't think the DD are what is making me so tired now I am on.my JUDDD break.. think it's just lack of sleep...

Need to get motivated
 
I feel the same about eating differently at work. I have a salad and usually some fish, and try to ignore anything else the cook puts on the plate, like gorgeous spicy rice, veggies with dressing, cheese etc. I don't want to eat asked why I'm not eating much, it's like if everyone knows then everyone is watching and judging.
Hope your sleep gets better! I hate not sleeping.
 
Haha I sleep fine, I just need to get to bed earlier lol! I tend to stay up late for someone who has to be up @ 5.50! But thanks :)

I work with a lot of youngish girls who eat a lot of crap lol, whereas I eat kinda healthy, unprocessed stuff (well I try..), just cba with all the questions Hahaa...
 
Riiight starting Han's way this week to see if it works for me :) going from 6.30 - 6.30pm so that's when I finish work, and heading to the gym tomorrow evening!

Monday UD until 6.30pm (Breakfast&Lunch UD / Dinner DD)
Tuesday DD until 6.30pm (Breakfast&Lunch DD / Dinner UD)
Wednesday UD until 6.30pm (Breakfast&Lunch UD/Dinner DD)
Thursday DD until 6.30pm (so I wont eat until I go out for dinner & a show in the evening :)!) (Breakfast&Lunch DD / Dinner UD)
Friday UD until 6.30pm (got my trainer too :) ) (Breakfast&Lunch UD / Dinner DD)
Saturday DD until 6.30pm (Breakfast&Lunch DD / Dinner UD)
Sunday UD until 6.30pm (Breakfast&Lunch UD / Dinner DD)

Woo! :) and I'm gonna stick to Paleo as best I can & higher protein on days where I have nothing going on!

Been to the gym :) worked on my arms, back & chest, push ups, sit ups & plank! Plus 10 minute interval run... Woah I'll feel it tomorrow!

Mon Dinner: protein shake - 98 cal
Rice cake - 33 cal

Tues breakfast: protein shake 98 cal
Apple - 47

Lunch I might have cuppa soup or weight watchers, not paleo but I'm.not prepared! Hmmm


Lunch was a cuppa soup 50 cal... Pretty good DD..

333 cal total!

Weds breakfast - sausage & almond pancake + coffee & cream - 401

Weds lunch - same as dinner but more chicken - 379

plus an apple & banana...

Atm worked out to be 1300 and something...

Went for a run in the gym :) + ab work, push ups and the plank...

Protein shake after - 98 cal
 
Gym wise yes.. & whilst I am at work it's nice having a Dd then coming home to an UD dinner :) also it's easier just having a protein shake after gym for DD dinner..

Hard yesterday as home all day & had to wait til half six to start upping!
 
Such an alchyy weekend! Two day detox for moi! Had a night out Saturday and I felt so good about myself and really really enjoyed it without worrying!
