You put on less than a lb, a 0.8 after a very UD, thats not so bad. Hope you had a lovely day and visit with you mum :)
 
Well didnt do a DD too hard on a Saturday for me lol so had UD had shake for breakfast with half small banana whizzed in. Made leek and potato soup for lunch was yummy then had garlic naan with chicken tikka with lots off salad and a few drinks .
If i am gonna do this long term need to be happy and not stressing .
Sunday Tue and Thursday will be DD.
Monday Wed and Friday Saturday will be UD depending Whats happening on the Friday and Saturday one will try to be an ID
. I usually walk on the UD and chose the DD as i am usually at home .
Not sure what to eat today prob oats so simple with water about 130 cals then 300 cal Sunday tea . Lots off herbal tea and water x

Mummy you are in that category where you don't have masses to lose (unlike myself:)) Looking at your calories I think you need to trim your UD's to around the 2000 mark unless you are doing any sort of formal exercise. Your DD's are fine...when you add your daily calories from last week Sat - Thurs you get 9160 which gives you an average daily intake of around 1500 cals per day. this is fine but will give you around 1/2 lb - 1lb max weight loss per week. So you see there is not much margin for error...it might only take an increase of 100 cals per day or so to wipe out the loss. Obviously i'm generalising as I can't calculate your TDEE without knowing your daily lifestyle. Its always going to be harder for you when you have less to lose. Sorry.:( Don't want you to be discouraged because with a little tweaking I'm sure it can work for you.:)

Think from last Monday lost .4 lb maybe cut my up days .today gonna be high as bought pie for tea and already had few choc . I THINK i need to make better food choices , not getting enough sleep Dosent help . I will have a good think. I do like the plan maybe I am expecting too much , but that was the beauty off the plan eat what i want. I think also may have to only have one up day at weekends x

What date did you start Juddd and what weight were you then hun? x

cant even remember lol think its been about 4 weeks maybe .I think I was 9 stone 10lb will have to check first thread cant remember x

well today after my very high up day pie chips choc crisps a weighed 147.2 so going back down after an UD i was in shock. DD going ok so far had slice off toast at toddler group and just had one crumpet and one scrambled egg for dinner so prob about 200 left for tea. had nice walk there and back few miles burnt just over 300 cals so going ok x

I have decided to go back to sw .I am eating all the wrong foods eating lots off choc pasties basically rubbish .I don’t want to put on all the weight lost at sw so going back .i think i will still do a few dd a week but healthy food sw style once I get into the healthy eating again things will be fine .Judd was giving me excuse to eat food with no benefits really .I can still have treats and unlimited health food so hoping i will do well,wil lstill pop in as i will be doing couple off dd for health benefits x
