FRIDAY
BREAKFAST- cereal and fruit
LUNCH- syn free lentil soup, fruit and yogurt
DINNER- tuna and egg salad

SATURDAY
BREAKFAST- fruit and yogurt
LUNCH- beans on toast
DINNER- meal out- other half new job celebration

SUNDAY
BREAKFAST- beans, egg, toast, mushrooms, tomatoes
LUNCH- no lunch, late breakfast
DINNER- pork steak, vegetables, dry roast potatoes, stuffing, gravy (about 6 syns for gravy and stuffing)

MONDAY
BREAKFAST- banana and yogurt
LUNCH- minestrone soup
DINNER- fish pie, made with yellow fish, mash, brocoli and low fat mushroom soup as the sauce

TUESDAY
BREAKFAST- fruit and yogurt
LUNCH- minestrone soup, fruit and yogurt
DINNER- spag bol

WEDNESDAY
BREAKFAST-cereal
LUNCH- minestrone soup, fruit and yogurt
DINNER- Gammon, potatoes, vegetables

THURSDAY
BREAKFAST- fruit and yogurt
LUNCH- minestrone soup, fruit and yogurt
DINNER- chili and rice

I'm having a hungry week :-(
I've been munching on syn free noodles and fat free yogurts but I have been eating alot of toast too
It's only going to get worse too as I have been asked to eat out tonight and tomorrow with parents and friends.
nevertheless, I must tell the truth about what I'm eating and face the consequences
 
NEXT WEEKS PLAN! it is not looking great so far.
