Breakfast

Co-op choco snaps = 2.5
1 skimmed milk = 2

Lunch

WW thick wholemeal bread x 4 = 4
lurpak light = 1
light mayo = 1
Wafer thin beef 50g = 1
lettuce = 0
tomato = 0

Dinner

200g chips frylight in over = 2
egg = 1.5
2 lean bacon = 3
sausage = 3
1/2 can mushy peas = 0.5

Snacks

hot chocolate = 1.5
ww bbq crisps = 1

Allowance 24 had 24 still need 0.5
 
Ohhhh on wednesday and i can feel a sts so fingers crossed :)
 
your gonna do fantastic wednesday hun another two points no doubt for our team!!! :)

Breakfast

coco pops = 2
1 pint milk = 2

Lunch

White medium bread x 2 = 2.5
cheddar cheese = 2.5
lettuce, tomato, spring onion = 0

Dinner

100g pasta = 5
1/2 pot reduce carbonara = 3
chicken breast = 2.5
mushrooms = 0

Snacks

hot chocolate = 3.5

Allowance 24 had 23 :D

No breakfast today had weigh in

Lost another 2.5lbs this week so happy woop woop :D

lunch

2 x medium bread = 2.5
asda ready salted crisps = 2

Dinner

Donner kebab = 7

Snacks

4 pkt quarterbacks = 5
hot chocolate = 1.5
milk = 0.5
vodka = 3

Allowance 24 had 23.5

I know not diet material but im still within points and thats whats ww about having what you want and still losing weight.

Well all set and still enjoying it :D

heinz light mayo = 0.5
lurpak spreadable = 1
lettuce, tomato, spring onions = 0

Dinner

WW quiche = 5.5
sweetcorn = 0.5
heniz mayo light (for asda coleslaw made packet) = 0.5
asda make your own coleslaw pkt = 0
lettuce, tomato, spring onions = 0

Snacks

hot chocolate 1.5

Allowance 24 only be 20atm but will add later

philli light garlic and herb = 1.5

Lunch

80g prawns = 1.5
jacket potato = 2.5
tomato sauce = 0.5
heniz light mayo = 0.5
tomato, lettuce, spring onion, and left over coleslaw = 0.5

Dinner

150g chicken raw breast = 3.5
1/2 jar ww korma = 2
asda boil in bag rice = 3.5

Snacks

Hot chocolate = 1.5
pint skimmed milk = 2

Allowance 24 used 20.5 atm will add later

Restaurant fish in batter = 7

Had feast ice cream = 7.5

Allowance 24 will have 24, still got 6 saved but i will reset that just incase not put the right points for meal out tomoz :) but have gone over by 1.5 points will recover some from tomorrow :)

scoops of mash = 2

carrots swede cabbage = 0

Snacks

tolberone snack size = 4
hot chocolate = 1.5

Allowance 24 used 23.5 need 1 point to cover from yesterday

ww chocolate sponge pud = 3

Allowance 24 had 21

Yeah im good thanks, how you getting on?? hope everything is good for you on ww, im still feeling great about what im eating and loving it even though as in another thread someone saying about chocolate cereal not being good, but end of day im still losing and im not a brekkie person. good luck will look for you on boards to see how you doing :D:D

Hello!, I got so much going on at this second that i cant really get focused! After sunday all the hype and hassle will be over so I'm gonna get straight on plan properly afterwards and yeah i love the flexibllity of WW.

Ignore them! If your losing weight and enjoying eating breakie then sod them! lol

Hmmmmm manage a sts this week, but i think thats due to that fact so bloated and not been toilet for 5 day :cry::cry:, but not giving up as im enjoying the food so onwards and upwards :D:D

( Doing bacon leek potato bake from weekly booklet but minus sun dried tomato as was 6 points for them)

ambrosia low fat custard = 2

Snacks

pint of skimmed milk = 2
hot chocolate = 1.5
aero = 2

Allowance 22 had 21.5
