Jacqui's daily diary - NO MORE FAFFING AROUND

lol ta hun, just really high as kite on these tabs and i need to catch up on diary but i still stuck to diet so might update soon xxx thanks for reading hun xx
 
Hi, im feeling better but still high as kite, only having a few tabs now not the 4 and just worried about hossi appointment in may, but lost 1.5lbs this week so happy with that, didnt do well after weigh in or yesterday had a bit of a binge, but done well today and will update what i can on here and hopefully i will lose at least a pound this week, thanks for asking, and hows you???
 
Yeah. I'm good. After a fantastic, all inclusive, nce in a lifetime holiday to Tenerife. I am back, fatter than ever. Started diet again lsst week and only lost a lbs first week. Why does it come off so slowly??!! But determined. It's gonna be a good summer so need to be less fat!

Ohhh lovely, lucky you, hell all inclusive is whats it all about but i did go spain and came back lighter cos i had loads of salads and swam but drank loads so dunno how though hahaha, glad you had good time.

As for coming off slow, dont talk to me about slow im like a snail, i dont like parting with anything as you can see lol, slow and steady wins the race, remember that. Will defo fill in what i can on here tomoz as got nothing to do, and getting ready now to go for a meal having carribean chicken so hopefully wont be much got 10.5 for it.

Have fab weekend, have you got diary on here??? so i can have nosy and maybe nick some of your idea's hehehe

Hi all (who reads this)

Well had 2 mad weeks, 1 cos of birthday party, then meals out and 2nd i had my hospital appointment last week and since then ive eaten nothing but rubbish, well i had the right to considering i had minor op to get rid of pre cancerous cells :cry::cry: yes i cried like a baby when i came home just wanted to hug someone but only had kids here, i mean i did cry after it and mum gave me hug but then i had to do my kid birthday party and for 2 hours i put brave face on cos i know he 7 but first time he knew what it was all about so that didnt help cos i was happy for him crying and relief that they took it away well hopefully they did.

So i will take the punishment on wednesday but will be good until then and will start with my diary again and will update later on when ive eaten my food for day, i know i had 23 points but gone past the 16st bracket again so i will put 24 points and hopefully only take a couple of week to get back into 15's, im in no rush but i would like it off now not sts or on hahaha.

Hey just thought if im taking xenical which i have for past 2.5 months this fat should be shifting but aint cos on low fat diet anyways, but ive eaten crap all week so why hasnt that stop me putting the weight on grrrrr lol, bye all xxxx
 
Well restarted yesterday so my weight is 16st 4lbs which is still lower than original start weight. I have also changed day to monday now as i find weekends a killer and easier to cheat and then catch up till wednesday, but ive done it and will put my daily menus down

Didnt have much today as i have torn my bicep in the arm which is already sore so ive been in agony all day, and crying and couldnt cook much as couldnt lift arm at all
