ty hun, yeah it was nice considering the time i had it, as for losing this week, i keep going on scales and ive gone up another 2lbs dunno how but plodding on as normally would be eating this and that, i cant see by monday lost them 2lbs + 1.5lbs as well, but been good grrrrr, doesnt help when i have sore throat and coughing all time but thanks again xx

Jacqui maybe drink extra water it fluhes viral things out your body will retain fir many reasons , don't weigh again until Monday or you'll want to jack it in, I found this week real hard after I gained but if we have been 100% then it's not fat hey :) xx

Not really, keep going on scales and i know you shouldnt but mine are same as meeting. It looks like either a slight gain or sts, grr dunno why, so today i havent eaten a big meals like i would in the week ie pasta/pot/loads of meat etc etc

How are you???

If i lose then i will get rid of scales but i find they keep me on track tbh, if i see a gain then im careful next day, funny aint it but i know i shouldnt.

Throat is killing me and cant stop coughing horrid stuff up every so often so dunno whats up but not gone by tuesday will go docs since started on friday.

What time do you go to weigh in ????

Ahhh hun you maybe retaining water if your not well especially if you have a bit of a temp, Drink more than usual and it will flush it away.
I know what you mean about the sclaes I do it too as it feels like as long as they dont go up I am doing plan right but tbh I have written down every weight I was for the last 19 weeks and I can gain over night for no reason or lose by wednesday and gain by monday so its prob pointless maybe we should both be wise and not weigh inbetween weigh ins? I do it at home so I wiegh by 9am sometimes 10 depends how ive got to rush for school lol morning is busy hey :)
You have stuck to plan your not well hun so f you sts or have a little gain then its because of this,just stick to it and you'll be ok :) always here if you need me xxx Good luck you'll be okay

wanted 1.5 for first seven but hey ho i was always happy with 1lb a week considering thought it was gonna be slight gain or sts so yep me happy days.

For tea i have pork loin chop, now its come outta freezer and in chinese sauce now i dont know if its chicken or pork till i cook it or see when it defrosted lolol so i will adjust points then and will update more points later when i have them, i know ive had the same as yesterday dinner, but i have gotta us the pot before running outta date and bread roll before gets stale :D

Hey hun yeah im fine, just trying not to think about crap food tbh and brought some veggies in now to last me till monday hopefully and i need to use me freezer stuff up grrrrr, so a few ww meals adding this week.

Hi what bread are you having most thick bread is 3 points for 2 slices hun,it may say 1 point per slice but its a odd thing with ww as it will be more than 2 points,I think its as the calories added tp together for 2 slices and 2x sat fat = more than the one slice doubled.
The chicken breast they are usually 3 points xx
 
Had a rotten day yesterday so im putting new menu up, i had someone to come and view the dog :cry::cry: and i think they getting her later :cry::cry: so dont know what im eating later, hopefully not junk or anything but will add today menu later

Well they never shown for dog so i had a packet of pringles but i didnt realise that it was 20 for whole tin omfg :cry::cry::sigh::sigh:, but im putting them in for everyday at 5 points as done today, but saying i went over by 1 point but had the point from day before.

Rang them up today to see why, and they couldnt get hold of there friend ( a dog they looking after) to pick his dog up as i wont let my dog go until they get rid of other dog, and they still want her so thats a relief im glad as my son can lead a normal life now. and gets to play outside but we are all sad, but she will have a better life there as they can walk her all time :D
