Jacqui's daily diary - NO MORE FAFFING AROUND

13th May 2010

Bad day again hardly eaten as been sleep most of day, tablets finally worked roughly 6 in morning so cant feel much pain but been up most night trying to find comfy position for arm.

Breakfast

Coco pops = 3
milk = 2

Lunch

2 x ww bread = 2
lurpak = 1
full fat bacon = 5
heniz mayo light = 0.5

Dinner

Coco pops again = 3

Snacks

french fries = 1

i know isnt good but im trying to eat but codeinie just knocking me out and the pain thank god but will try to eat more today but only had cereal and its 1.30 and still not hungry grrrrrr
 
Hi jacqui, hope you dont mind me reading your diary. Sorry to hear about your arm! Ive put my hand through a glass window before and I know what agony your in.

Arm getting bit better as today (sunday) but filling in diary as from other days now, going to try and drive tomoz if possible, moving it a little as dont want a dead arm if i dont move at all, going back to docs tomoz to as i need xrays and going to demand them, i have kids to get to school and that so need to drive

Chippy fish in batter = 7

thanks for asking, but i think me being high as kite i cant feel the pain but i cant lift arm up at all so thats being a pain but im moving it a little bettter, so fingers cross i get it sorted soon, i went for xray other day to see if shoulder has anything wrong with it cos thats where the pain starts but with having torn biceps suppose that doesnt help neither.

Lost 3lbs this week so week one was good tbh considering health issues, had bad day mon and tues so will put what ive put on ww website that ive wrote down

Got weighed today and i sts :confused::confused:

if anyone can find out blooming why from my diary then please let me know but i certainly cant, leader said its probably meds as ive doubled me doses of codeine, oh well onwards i will go grrrrrr

RIGHT DRAWN A LINE UNDER EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE IN PAST AND THIS IS NEW DIARY FOR GOOD NOW :D:D

Went and restarted today after crap month ive had and im back to 16st 7lbs but hey ho, I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will be recording everything, moods, menus, everything tbh so beware hahahaha may bore you tbh :8855:
 
Oh how well have i behaved today lolol

Normally on weigh in night, i tend to have crisps chocolate booze fatty tea and then carry on tomoz.

Obviously no brekkie today

dinner = ww quiche, garlic soft balls from ww (mmmmmmmm) bit of light mayo all for 8 points

tea = large jumbo sausage dry fried with finger roll, onions, tomato ketchup had to = 18

but hey ho, so basically i had one treat and that was tea woop woop go me and now back to serious part tomorrow, 3 meals and plan what im having so enough points for day :D
