Breakfast
350ml skimmed milk 1
hot chocolate x 3 tsp, 1.5
Lunch
2 x thick asda bread 3
2 eggs frylight 3
Dinner
100g pasta uncooked 5
2 x lean bacon 3
chicken breast 1
sweetcorn 1
light mayonnaise 2
Snacks Not sure yet got 3.5 left
First day isnt great as meeting was at 1pm, so i will be more prepared tomoz and more veggies
