I just read on another post that you suffer with AS.....how uncanny, I also suffer with AS but had arthritis since I was 13, I'm 33 now.

I'm on Humira injections (anti TNF), what do you take for yours? X

Just take Naproxen which just about gets me mobile - some days are better than others. Trouble is I am spinabifida as well which means there is a weakness in the spine in the first place. Arthritis has set in in the last 10yrs thereabouts. At 76 tho' majority is all age related....:sigh:

P.s. How bad is your AS? Does it affect your mobility?
I find it extremely difficult first thing in the morning and most times can barely get out of bed without being in agony.

Absolutely crap day! Took left over mushy pea curry for lunch, didn't have time to eat it so ended up eating a fruit salad at my desk at 3pm!

Prepared steak for dinner, was so tough it was like chewing on a leather shoe so my pooch had it, she didn't even chew it lol, ended up with jacket, onions & mushrooms.

Then got caught back up with work, and before I knew it it was 10:30, so grabbed a curly wurly to nibble on in bed! Not good but my belly is thinking I've fallen out with it today so had to give it a little treat!

Let's see if I can stick to my menu tomorrow!

Well another rubbish day food wise, totally unprepared for my breakfast & lunch, ate like a sparrow all day again. Tut tut!

seriously craving something naughty! Popped into sainsburys on way home from work for a card for my mam & dads 38th wedding anniversay, spotted a lemon cheesecake and a double chocolate fudge cake, I was like something off a cartoon with my eyes bulging and Tongue hanging out. After popping my eyes and Tongue back in, I walked out with just the card.....torture! Why did I walk down the desert isle!

Weigh in tomorrow morning, hoping for 2.5lbs this week, I'm feeling positive, although last 2 days I've been rubbish with my food, I feel like I've lost it in my clothes! Fingers crossed x

Haha hiya buddy! Told you I don't eat enough! I do try, it's def not because i'm trying to starve, I always seem to be rushing from one place to the next!

Seriously got to sort it out, snuck a peak at the scales this morning......nada, nichts, nothing lost yet, although I am on star week....again, only seems like 2 weeks ago I had * week, nuisance! So patience levels are zilch, choc fudge cake cravings of a mad woman, and well I think I could have an argument in a room on my own right now!

Desperately seeking kankles seeks help of her good friend pebbles to drive me to eat more and shift this weight, oh and I need to get out of bed when my alarm goes off and not snooze for 10 mins....ok half hr!

Well not that I'm competative or anything, but by heck I hate losing pmsl!!!

I'll be fine, I'll weigh in the morning and either way I'll just make more effort next week.

I know I'm not eating enough, I need to make sure I have my 3 meals a day, I drink more water, eat more syns, and eat more sf & ss food.....not much to change then!

I've decided I'm going to take a leaf out of ur book, I'm going to go the the Market, stock up on fruit & veg, get some nice meat from the butcher van.

I'm also going to make more time for me and SW because I am determined to shift the weight. I was even back eating the grass today, I mean come on thats either self torture or dedication!!!

So ok my syns crap today, and should have had more for breakie, but I'm making a start!

I bought some fresh lemons ready for my hot lemon in the morning and bought some juicy melon to snack on.

Going to make more effort to drink squash throughout the day to get plenty of water in my diet (not a fan of plain water) and will use more syns!!!

Woman on a mission now lol
