Happy New Year everyone and thank you for the lovely messages.

So 2009 is here at last!!! Don't think I have ever been so glad to see the back of a year before! Heres to a year of good health, wealth and amazing weightloss for us all!!

Back on the WW wagon from tomorrow for me really want to see a loss Monday at my weigh in even if its only 1/2lb!!

Good luck for 2009,im so happy to see this to hun,im back on the plan 100% from tomorrow i have been keeping an eye on it as didnt want to go to over board...
So gonna count me point tomorrow and hope for a loss or a sts Monday if i can.
 
Gotta get back on the wagon at some point, and to be honest I have kinda had enough of chocolate, mince pies and xmas cake now!!
 
me too, will be glad to get back to normal. had quite a cough over christmas which seems to be made worse but chocolate or alcohol, but have still managed to get them down somehow !!
 
Well it would be rude not have some chocolate over the festive period now wouldn't it!!

Went to the gym today managed 50 mins - 20 mins cross trainer, 10 mins treadmill, 3 x 10 each of inclined dumbell bench press (6kg), bicep curl to overhead press (4kg), tricep curls (6kg), stomach crunches. Going to go again tomorrow will concentrate on lower body for the second half of the workout.

well done on the exercise yesterday thats a very good start to the new year,i always get a gym member ship and never use it...

Afternoon all!

Managed another 50 mins in the gym this morning, very pleased with myself, going to go swimming in the morning, then won't be able to any exercise until Thursday after that, but might try to walk to work on Tuesday - 1.7miles each way.
 
Hey Lydia :) ... well done on getting to the Gym, i started a while back but just couldnt get into it .... I agree with you about the whole choccy and mince pie thing! .. it does kinda get a bit much doesnt it!
 
Gosh, at this rate, those extra pounds will be gone in no time.

You are doing brilliantly with your exercise and all that toning can only help

30 mins in the pool today. No more exercise now until Thursday night. But going to get some exercise DVDs and start adding Tuesday AM before work.

The fitness plan is:

Tuesday AM fitness dvd
Thursday PM - gym work
Saturday - alternate between swim and gym
Sunday - Powerwalking

Well thats the plan at least!!

Have ordered a Pilates DVD with a dynaband so will see how that gets on, fancy the Divina one though.

Think I might have put weight on this week! Guess I will find out tomorrow.
