Are you back in the swing of it Mini? Your food looks lovely as always, I’m trying to come up with some different meals rather than having salad so much.

Just as you get back into it I have decided to shake things up a bit and jumped ship and started a new diary https://www.minimins.com/threads/pot-luck🍀.360444/

I don’t really cook anything special...I stick with more or less the few things I like and salad is one of them. Perhaps with allowing myself more leeway I might get a bit more creative...however, at this present time I have gone off gluten and fruit...pretty boring right now.:classic_tongue:
