Got my slimmer of the week 1st attempt this week

It's was my 2nd weigh in this week and lost 3.5lb and got my first award, slimmer of the week. Fingers crossed for a 2lb loss this week to get my 0.5 a stone. Hugs Crystal xx

Well done all of you great progress!! I have come to a dreaded plaute (sorry for miss spelling) I'm sticking to it 100% and started exercising lots in last 2 week only to gain 1/2 them sts booohooo!!
