    How do yoo use your syns?

    Do you use them within your meals or do you use them for treats? I seem to be having a curly wurly everyday within my syns allowance and i never used to have chocolate everyday so just wondered how others used theres?

    Ok sounds like I need to eat more but coming from 3 shakes a day my stomach finds it hard to squeeze in! Maybe I need to make some syn free soup to have during the day. Hard to get your head round eat more and lose weight but I am willing to give that a go this week.

    Starting next week

    Help

    Been on the 1000 kcal step for two days and I know I shouldn't weigh myself but I have and have gained 2lbs, is this normal. So upset as its taken me ages to lose the small amount of weight I have lost so any gain feels awful. Am I never going to be able to eat normally again??

    I wonder if anyone can help I have searched through the forums for the amount of quorn we are allowed on SS+ I have seen lots of different amounts 200g, 225g but on the cambridge website it says we can have 275g so now a bit confused. Can anyone confirm?

    Yes going to start tommorrow I was going to weight for another week as I have a big family event coming up but CDC said start tommorrow and just add a meal that day and ran through things I can eat so fingers crossed it will all be ok.
