    Don't even worry about it. Take each day as it comes. Buy enough products for four a day but just see how u feel, if you need four have four one day if you only need three the next day have three the next day. Week one I did 2 days ss+ and 5 days ss. See how u get on xxx

    do whatever you need to keep motivated but just be careful of the scales because the slightest thing can disturb them and a gain when your being so good can leave you feel disheartened! try to use it as a rough guide but just focus on the weigh in with CDC for the end result of each week x
