I agree entirely!!!! DH and I decided that walking was the best option for us and something we could do together. Every night that was possible we went for a walk, just starting at 20 minutes then gradually built this up either by time or by speeding the tempo up. We have since been bike...

    Tuesday Weighers

A little 0.5lb for me this tonight which considering last week I lost 2.5lbs at the morning class (usally weigh at 7pm meeting), I hame happy to lose 3lbs over the two weeks when I only lose an average of 1lb per week :)
  18. C

Do you find it really expensive?

Our shopping bill has definately increased BUT we are eating lot more fruit and veg. Mid-week I have to go for a "top up" shop for these items as well. I just wish we had a fruit & veg shop or local market that we could use as supermarkets are quite expensive unless they have offers on.

    Milk question

We either use Cravendale or Tesco Pure. I only have milk in drinks but prefer it to "normal" semi-skimmed. If we run out and have to get some from the corner shop we can definately tell the difference. Skimmed milk doesn't go down well in our household either, too "watery".

    mixing HEb's allowed?

My consultant says it's not a problem with mixing HEXA's. When I first started I explained to her that I don't like milk (although I do have it in drinks) and she said that I could mix them to ensure that I got the calcium benefits. Not sure about mixing HEXB's though....

Im gonna have a major rant!

You need to be a bit selfish and have a bit of "me" time to re-focus. Run yourself a nice bubble bath have long soak and chillax :0bathtime: then pamper yourself by doing a manicure & pedicure. Go and sit on your own somewhere quiet and re-read your SW books, it's amazing what you "forget"...

I have to wear a uniform for work so I always weigh in with the same clothes. Personally I think it's better to wear the same each week as it gives a "balanced" reading.
