    I use hot as well, but I find for some reason they are too strong, and usually use half a shake for 250mls water, so one choc pack does 2 mugs of hot choc. You'd have to experiment for your own tastes.

    it varies! However fast it turns out to be I think I'm right in saying this IS the faster healthy way to do it. Most people lose a stone or more in the first month, and then usually 3 pounds/week but this can go a lot quicker for some and a little slower for others.

    I think weekends are the worst, I'm on day 4 and today has been tough. Other half been at work and my daughter driving me potty I so just want to head into the kitchen and eat everything in sight!     I just googled it haha the average.... ahem.... portion, contains mostly protein, but also 11mg carbs and does have citric acid! I'd guess its going to be tiny amounts tho..... sure it would be ok for the occasional errr treat lol anyone brave enough to ask their CDC?
