Hi just had to reply..I have a diabetic dog too! Henry was diagnosed a year ago. we have had many ups and downs but he is doing well at the moment (even on reduced insulin). The injections take time to get use to but now Henry actually looks forward to having his "juice" twice a day (the little...
I have just read this thread at the start of a really stressful day at work....and I have a huge grin all over my face! What a wonderful inspiring story Leapfrog, I am so happy for you. Makes my day that little bit better to face....!
1lb off for me tonight. Really pleased as TOTM & after weeks of nothing to shout about due to recently diagnosed under active thyroid and new medication. I have really tried this week & it's paid off. I am a slow loser anyway but got my stone loss award back tonight after months. I feel that...
Reporting in ...... Well not as bad as I thought.....1/2lb on (and last official wi 2 weeks ago), so all the good work over the past few days have paid off. Would really like to loose something next week. I will take ' anything' at the moment!!!!!!!
Thanks Chelle and keep that attitude! I WI at 6pm, not looking forward to it! Have been doing SW for about 18 months now and got down to 9st 12lbs (only a few lbs off target), then the underlying thyroid issue kicked in and since then my weigh has been up & down all over the place...
Oooh Chelle....I am with you there! Plus recently been diagnosed with underactive thyriod and have only been on meds for 7 weeks. Early days, but I am really having difficulty in shifting weight at the moment even thou I am trying to stick to the plan...bit despondent at the moment :-(
Another wine lover creeping into this thread :party0036: !!
But...here's the thing...I find personally, that if I have a drink or two of wine it actually speeds up my weight loss? Anyone else have the same "problem" lol?
Rather annoyed! Was on target to achieve at lease 1.5lb loss this week, but Mother Nature (bless her) decided to send me my monthly gift on the morning of weigh-in, so 1lb gain - argh!! Will turn that into a loss next week.....
Hello! Really pleased to report 1lb off this week - at last!!! To be honest, I am not a massive eater, but this week just cannot believe how much I've eaten and still had a 1lb loss (could have been more save for a cheeky chinese last weekend!). Just awaiting by bloods results at the moment...
Pleased to report 1lb off for me last night and to be honest, I cannot believe how much I've eaten this week (that's one of my problems I think)! Have a good week all. x
Well....STS this week, but that was after an unexpected 3 course Italian meal the night before WI, so pretty pleased with that. Just back from blood test for UA thyriod and also got a print out of my previous results in December - pretty high reading which explains why I have been feeling awful...
Really well done from me too Gero! The most I have ever lost is 3.5lbs - more of a STS to 2lb loser at the best of times (of which there have not been many of late :sigh:). You may want to investigate the after effects of the tablets. I am on a very low start off doseage at the moment and feel...
No problem at all ! I have been so frustrated in following plan with real ups & downs lately. Too right on the meds issue.....would have been nice to have been finally diagnosed months ago when I really knew that things were "not right", still, that sounds the norm for us thyroid issue...
Hello Ladies!
I have been following SW plan for a couple of years now but in the last 12 months, my weight loss has been up and down like a yo yo. I have not got that much to loose (about 1 1/2 stones in total), but I have really struggled in the last 12 months. Anyway to get to the point, I...
Morning All - some fab losses this week. My first weigh in since 15 December (due to class closures over Christmas/New Year and having a New Year holiday in Cornwall) and I am absolutely chuffed to report a tiny 1lb gain! Taking into consideration that just before Christmas I've also been...
Hi Guys......I am back!
First weigh in after Xmas/New Year will be next Thursday 12 Jan. Home scales show sts or a tiny gain but.....and a big but....this has been greatly assisted by a lovely bout of the Novo Virus going around my local area that completely wrecked a New Year holiday in...
Another 1/2 lb off for me this week....and at last after 18 months of feeling rubbish, I have finally this morning been diagnosed with under active thyriod which amongst other things, explains why my weight has been up and down like a yo yo this year. Start the medication later today....hurrah.
Know how you feel Sinead! 1/2lb off for me last night also after gaining in the last 2 weeks (it's hard this time of year isn't it?). Hope to see the 9's again before Christmas!!!
Caused a bit of a stir at work today. Finally got the confidence to wear a work suit with skirt rather than trousers! Got knee high suede boots on too - had some really nice comments - will have to invest in some more skirts me thinks..... ;-)
Some fantastic losses this week and don't worry those who put on (like me 1/2 lb). It's a difficult time of the year at the mo with the long build up to the festive season (and always seems to be a stressful period at work for me too). I'm forever on a flipping star week at the moment, tend to...
1lb off for me this week - so happy with this as I was expecting a gain. Feel as though I have been on * week for the last 10 weeks (time of life and all that) and feel oh so bloated at the moment. Have upped my water intake this week at work and feel that it has really helped. Onwards and...
Just had my first Rice Time for lunch - the sweet & sour one - syn free and fab! Added a bit of chicken - has really filled me up! Will invest in a few for my desk at work.
Went to black tie do from work last night & met up with some friends that I have not seen for about 6 months - still blushing from their comments as to how well I am looking and just how much weight I have lost. As I am a "slow" looser and sometimes get really frustrated by this, their comments...
Hi,
Here is the recipe. Not sure of the syn value but it it is low fact low due to the ingredients and also note that this recipe serves 4. I made this last night and served with mash and green beans. Really quick, warming and tasty for these (now) chilly Autumn evenings!
Ingredients
Fry...
Pork medallions in apple, wholegrain mustard and creme fraiche sauce with mash and veg (an adapted recipe from Good Food Mag), really tasty and easy to make. Yum.
Love this thread as it sums me up to a T. My biggest weight loss has been 3lbs, now hovering about 3lbs above target and have been for months - one step forward, two back. I almost feel that my body is telling me that "it's" target has been acheived. Good thing is thou, the slower the journey...
Hello team Thursday,
Could not make class last night as caught up at work. Self WI shows 1.5lb gain, but all down to the dammed * week! Still happy with that after the past few stressful weeks with my poorly diabetic dog (who, cross fingers, is well on the mend and getting back to normal!)...
Hi All
1lb off for me last night. Please with this as we have had a really horrible week with our little diabetic dog being very poorly. He is well on the mend now, but all thoughts of SW went out of the window for a few days. Have a good week all.
Plus 3lbs for me, but this after 2 weeks hols in Cornwall & Devon (and I've lost a lb of that since wi yesterday!). Bit of a blow too as OH has decided not to go to WI with me from last night - but I will still be weighing him at home every Thursday before I go to class (he will not get away...
Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbreads (6 are HEB) or for 1/2 a syn each, try Tesco Light Choices Dutch Crispbreads (29 cals each, 0.2g fat) - they are so light and delicious!
STS this week, but actually quite pleased as it's a * week and I usually gain (anything up to 3lbs)! Been having plenty of green tea and cider apple vinegar!! Have a great week all (bonus that it's a Bank Hol)
Went to have a bra fitting at the weekend and I have dropped 2 sizes - celebrated by buying some new bra & pants sets and huge clearout of old (and far too big) bras... ;-)
Both hubby and I had a lovely NSV last night at WI just before we got on the scales! A customer of hubby (who he has not seen for some time) asked why we were both doing slimming world as we both looked slim last night!!! (by the way, 2lb off for me this week and OH lost 2.5lbs too - we are...
Oh so nearly there again. 2lb off for me this week - really pleased after last weeks 1.5lb gain! Now at 10st dead.....need to be prepared for this week as it's a * one. Off to buy some Cider Apple Vinegar at lunchtime on fellow Thursday weighers recommendation! Have a good week all.
2lb off for me this week - really pleased after last weeks 1.5lb gain! OH lost 2.5lbs too! Need to be prepared for this week as it's a * one. Off to buy some Cider Apple Vinegar at lunchtime on Chelle's recommendation! Have a good week all.
Sorry to let you down folks but 1.5lbs on for me - however - I know it's due to water retention (by the time I arrived at class last night, felt so bloated - am retaining water like a camel at the mo !!!). Must try that cider apple vinegar Chelle!
Thank you Susieqt - slow but steady wins the race! Have always been a bit of a slow loser, and being peri menopausal does not help, but I determined to get there eventually!
Hi - think it depends on the person. I gain during * week anything up to 3lbs or sometimes more. Peri menopausal so my * weeks are all over the place at the moment and are longer than a week - aren't I the lucky one....!!
Hello team Thursday
Late report from last weeks WI and amazingly, I lost 1.5lbs notwithstanding the everlasting * week (which thankfully has now finished......!). Have a good week.
I think is mojo thing is catching! Mangaged to get down to 9st 13lb three weeks ago (best WI on SW being 9st 12lbs), but since then have been on permanent * week (peri menopausal and all that) and cannot shift the 3lbs put on since then. Huge sigh............
Hi all
I am not at all confident about tomorrow's wi either - I seem to be on a constant * week at the moment...peri-menopausal and all over the place. I have been rather angelic this week too on plan - sigh.......
STS for me this week - however, still on a * week (all over the place at the moment) so I know I'm retaining water and will have a good loss next week. Sadie - you certainly put C in her place - brilliant!!!!!
Hi Guys
Can I post up my recipe for mini SW quiches here?
I make these on a twice weekly basis at the moment (they do not hang around for long!). Ideal for a breakfast (had a couple this morning as very busy at work), a picnic snack or for lunch with loads of salad. You can eat them hot or...
Have a great time Sadie! And just to report back following WI last night.....3lbs on  (after a 4lb loss over the past 2 weeks). Expected really after a weekend away with friends last week and followed by a * week this! However, weighed in at home this morning and since 6pm WI last night...
Hi Sadie
I agree with the comments - I think your C was completely in the wrong. I am in the same boat as you - erratic * weeks as I too am approaching the menopause. I ALWAYS gain on * weeks and completely expect to gain a couple of lbs this week in view of this and yes, will volunteer this...
Yippee! I'm back !! Lost another 1 1/2 lbs at WI last night and I am so pleased after hitting the plateau recently. Also got into the 9's again (last time in Feb this year). I've started to recently increase my water intake to 2 litres a day and I am sure this has helped (skin looks better too!).
This has happened to me too recently. However, I have really increased my water intake over the past few weeks from virtually nil (yeah I know) to 2 litres a day and I swear it's making a difference. I've lost 4lbs over the past 2 weeks which is massive for me. Have a try?
Morning All

Tinkerbell - couldn't agree with you more! 2.5lbs off for me this week which I am really chuffed with following 1.5lb holiday gain last week and also having hit your brick wall over the past few months...!
1/2 lb on for me, but not too concerned as (due to work committments) had to have a couple of days off plan this week, so could have been much worse! Have a good week everyone!
Missed class last night due to vet appointment (not for me ;-) ) so weighted in at home and have lost just under 2lb this week. Pleased with that after a few bumpy weeks on the scales!
I just want to STS this week or have a loss at WI tomorrow. I've just been diagnosed as being peri - menopausal (and early!) which explains why my weight has been up and down like a yo yo for the past few months.....!!
Well done everyone - some great losses this week. 2lbs off for me which I am so pleased with. I've just been diagnosed with an underactive thyriod and just about to start treatment. Due to this my weight recently has been up and down like a yo yo! Mainly STS or minor gains. Really...
Ahh thanks Kankles...booked in for more blood tests next week and yes, I hope thyroxine will make a difference. Like you have been really busy at work (and home recently), knew something was not "right" with me. You do need to get yours checked too! WI tonight for me. Have not been to class...
Hi - mostly muscle aches/cramps (esp in arms & legs), tiredness, difficutly in concentrating at work, insommnia. Also have been told that I am going thru early menopause too! Just about to have second blood tests to confirm. Hope you are ok - are your symptons similar? Thanks to SW, I am...
Hi Sally Cinnamon - would you mind posting your recipe for home made lemon & coriander houmous please? I currently buy the small low fat version pots from Tesco, but would love to make my own - which I presume is syn free? Many thanks :)
Hi - I started SW March last year at 11st 4lbs now 10st. Best wi was 9lb 12lb just before Christmas, but since then have been diagnosed with underactive thrioyd, which has really slowed my weight loss down. Target is 9st 7lbs, so not that far to go. I seemed to have plateaued lately, which is...
The Tesco Lamb Shank in Mint Gravy (as per SW Magazine earlier in year), syn free and totally yummy, with Maris Piper mash and steammed veg - cannot wait!
Missed weigh in as held up at work. Home scales show 1/2lb loss. Happy with that as I know I am not eating or drinking enough at the moment (horrible work stress)!
Bit of a mixed bag for me this week. Lost half lb at WI last night and was also diagonsed with under active thyriod yesterday. Explains why my losses over the past couple of months have been up and down like a yo yo! Will perservere however........
Hi All
Disappointed this week. 1.5lbs on for me after a week of sticking mainly to plan. The reason? Flipping water retention again due to * week! Bah! Hoping for a good loss next week - but getting near to target, so slow and steady is the key. Have a good week all.....
A few weeks ago I had a * week gain of 3lbs (worse ever - usually 1.5lbs). Following week, I lost 2.5lbs of it (would have been more save for two meals out that week!).
Ellebear ! Your fellow Midlander here from nr Quinton. I could have done with u as my my buddy but u are about 19 years too late!! Love, luck and much hugs too you both!
I had a lovely NSV BEFORE getting on the scales last night at class....consultants hubby who does the card check in said to me "well...some one looks like they are getting near to target tonight"! Bless him, I still have about half a stone to go, but it was so nice to hear!. (ps - I lost 2.5lbs...
Couldn't agree more! I've been having major bloating/water retention problems lately (time of life ;)) and so on recommendation from this forum, I've upped my water intake this week and its really helped! Also, a better weight loss for me too so it does work......
After my 3lb gain last week (missed previous WI so, over 2 weeks really) and mainly due to * week, I lost 2.5lbs this week. Really pleased!
(PS had a lovely NSV before getting on the scales too....consultants hubby who does the card check in said to me "well...some one looks like they are...
We are having the Valentine's menu from the new SW magazine - slight twist on the desert thou as we are having the crepe's with hot cherries and syning a spoon or two of low fat vanilla ice cream! Can't wait.........
Mala23 - thanks for your advice and as regards stress....you may have hit the nail on the head! Having real problems with house extension & the fitting of a new kitchen (won't bore you with the details) and are also having a stressful time at work - mega busy and working all hours. Whilst I am...
Gutted.....my worse weigh in ever last night since starting SW last year. Plus 3lbs! However, 99% of that is due to water retention as I seem to be forever on a * week at the moment (time of life as opposed to time of the month, and I haven't had one of those for ages either!). On the plus side...

Shamed to admit, but I have just had for lunch Batchelors Super Low Fat Noodles (Sweet Thai Chilli) for the first time since starting SW last year!!! OMG - they are fab and a real easy option for lunch at work.
Got stuck in a client meeting at work, so did not get to WI last night. Home scales showed 1lb gain (which is more than due to water retention if you get my drift!). Have a good week everyone.
Riso Gallo Risotto Pronto Mushroom - just add 450ml of cold water, boil and then simmer for 12 mins. I added extra mushroom and some cooked chicken breast. Really lovely, quick to make and best of all.......syn free!
On your recommendation MrsWilsoncroft, I made the spaghetti carbonara from the SW site this weekend and have to agree absolutely gorgeous! Hubby said it's the best pasta dish he has had for years! Will definately be making this again.....also made my first SW Quiche Lorraine yesterday too...
Pasta Salad - strips of left over smoked salmon, pasta, watercress, cucumber, cherry toms, raddish, pepper and red onion. Will add some extra light mayo, black pepper and lemon juice just before eating. Yum!
A current fav is chopped banana with Total 0% fat greek yoghurt with either a sprinkle of cinnamon or granola or flaked almonds and a drop of clear honey. Yum!
Hi
Can I also recommend Spicentice, who do the same thing? I discovered this company at the Summer Good Food show at the NEC last year. Their spice kits are brilliant and work really well. All come with a shopping list and the recipe. I just use frylight instead of oil and fat free yoghut...
You could also try Rick Stein's Chalky's Bite Beer (can get from Sharps Brewery web site & I think Sainsbury's stock it). OH & I "discovered" this beer during a New Year's break in Cornwall (after going to Cornwall for the past 5 years lol). It won the award for "the healthiest beer" in Mens...
Elle Bear - what a lovely NSV - you should be so very proud. Mine pales into significance really, but only this morning, I have had to add yet another work suit to the "charity bag" as it's far too big for me now. Hubby compared me to a clown in oversized clothes - charming! Need to spend...
Jacket pot with ham & low fat cheese (HE) (melt the cheese a little first before adding strips of ham) followed by fat free yoghurt and 2 satsuma's. Can't wait!
My first weigh in since 16 December was last night, due to a mixture of class cancellations (weather) and Christmas/New Year hols....and...I only gained 1lb! I am really chuffed with this especially as we have just celebrated the New Year in Cornwall (cheeky cream tea's and all that!). Made a...
Hi team Thursday!
My first weigh in since 16 December last night, due to a mixture of class cancellations (weather) and Christmas/New Year hols....and...I only gained 1lb! I am really pleased with this esp as we have just celebrated the New Year in Cornwall (a cheeky cream tea and all that!)...
Have work's Christmas party this Thursday. Decided to wear a fab party dress bought last Christmas....&....have had to have 2 inches taken off main seam. Looks better than last year too! Well chuffed!
All
This is a great thread! I've lost nearly 1.5 stone since Christmas last year, and have gone down a couple of dress sizes at least. I bought a lovely party dress for a Christmas party last year and although felt comfortable in it, have only worn it once. I have a couple of parties to go...
Hi Sarah - will post the recipe tomorrow for you - I'm making another batch tonight as hubby (also doing SW) has just told me that he's finished off the batch I made last night (and loved it). It was so nice that I think I'm going to use it as a base for my starter on Christmas Day!
I've made the hot salmon pate receipe in the Christmas cookbook last night - just reduced the quantites and made a smaller portion for the next couple of days. Absolutely amazing and syn free. Just had it for lunch served inside little gem lettuce leaves with cherry toms and cucumber, sprinkle...

Agree with Ellebear - put in oven after par boil, spray with fry light and then I brush 3 or 4 with honey, leave the rest plain. The honey seeps into the others anyway (in a fashion) and then you are not synning too much of sweet stuff! Did these on Sunday with Roast Beef - lovely.....
Hi all,
I read this thread earlier in the week and last night, had reason to add to it! I lost another 1lb at WI last night taking me down into the 9st range for the first time in over 30 years or so....rang Mom to say how please I was and the response was...."now that's enough....you don't...
Funcurls - what a fantastic post, really inspirational and yes, agree with the others, please submit to the SW Magazine! I joined SW on 1 March this year with hubby, and following some quick losses earlier on, we too are both taking the scenic route but are enjoying SW plan so much. Yes there...
Welcome Navy-Wife09!!! This is a really great forum - and good luck with slimming world. Hubby and I joined in March this year, and I can honestly say, it is the best thing we have ever done! Look forward to your messages on the Thursday weigher's thread.:)
I have really "got into" fruit and 0% Total Greek Yoghurt for breakfast recently - fav is sliced banana with half tub total, sprinkle of granola and 1/2 teaspoon of honey over the top followed by a black coffee. Honestly keeps me going till lunchtime......
Heavy head cold so some comfort lunch for me - syn free home made carrot & coriander soup followed by crackers with L C Blue Cheese squares, fruit and yoghurt.
I lost 1.5lbs! So pleased as I don't feel 100% at all (man flu and all that - lemslip here I come).
10st 10lbs, hey, you may have sts, but look at your comments earlier this week! I bet you have lost inches instead....I will think of you when I use that safety pin tomorrow at work! Have a...
Hi there,
I found the best ready made low syn'd mash is from Tesco in the chilled dept "Maris Piper" - only 4 syns for the whole pack on EE and Green and plenty in there for two - a nice way to use 2 syns :D

I'm a little concerned too re WI tonight- have a real nasty head cold -
appetite shot to pieces (which may be a good thing!). Sounds like this bug is doing the rounds with the Thursday weighers! Having a nice cup of hot Ribena light at the moment. Let us know how you get on 10st 10lb's !
Just had a jacket potato with cheese (hex and melted) with wafer thin ham and black pepper followed by yoghurt, diet coke & an apple. Fav lunch at the moment is home made SW carrot & corriander soup followed by 4 Ryvita Wholegrain crackerbread (6 are a hex fibre) topped with a couple of the...
I too have cut out bread in the week, and have a couple of slices at the weekend - I feel so much better for this, not so bloated and my IBS is a thing of the past (thanks to the SW plan). I've replaced bread with Ryvita Wholegrain crackerbread & vary amounts (6 slices is Hx fibre). Fav lunch...
Some great losses this week - well done all.
Me? Bit of a WI disaster! Left work late so had to go to evening WI in my work suit (rather than my usual WI clothes - LOL). Class scales registered STS, but scales at home (which are quite accurate) showed me with 1lb loss in usual WI clothes...
LOL Ellebear - still trying to catch up with my own post holiday weight gain, so I'll take a pass if you don't mind! Hopefully, will get back to pre hol weight at tonight's WI - will update tomorrow. Hope you had a good hols!
Following all of your recommendations, I've just bought a packet of the Lentil Dahl and the Wild Mushroom Bulgar Wheat to try. Intending to make up at home and take portion to work for warming up in microwave with some chicken, prawns or turkey. Will leave feedback when tasted!
Fish night - Pan fried lemon sole, garlic tiger prawns or scallops (or what the heck, both), with saute potatoes and salad not forgetting a cheeky glass of Friday wine!
I've just made my first (yes, first) soup and a SW one at that - Carrot & Corriander - OMG - absolutely lovely. Made a large batch so can freeze some too. So much better than branded soups - oh, and syn free too! Off to find some other SW soup receipe's now - or can anyone recommend any???? !!
Had Sweet Chilli Chicken last night (receipe in old SW magazine). 1/2 syn per serving. Served it with wholegrain rice and portion of SW chips. Really lovely. Mmmmmm....
Hi Hannah2
Finally got around to having this on Tuesday for tea! Lovely - will defo be adding this to my favourites list! Will also be trying your cauliflower soup!
Had Sweet Chilli Chicken last night (receipe in old SW magazine). 1/2 syn per serving. Served it with wholegrain rice and portion of SW chips. Really lovely. Mmmmmm....
Hi
I've been doing SW since April with OH and we've lost 1st 3lbs and 1st 10lbs & have both achieved our Club 10. And yes....we use most of our sins on wine/alcohol. Also, have to say that for some reason, alcohol seems to speed up our weight losses !! ?
Hi Hannah2
Just picked up one of these from Tesco as sounds fab - it was the last one too - apparently one of their best sellers! Can't wait to try - will give some feedback on this thread!
Well done you - it's a lovely feeling isn't it! I'm getting ready for a UK holiday and have been sorting out clothes for it (to cover all weather situations!!). Anyway, I now have two large bags of clothes for charity as they are all far too big - will have to have some retail therapy on...
I'm getting ready for a UK holiday and have been sorting out clothes for it (to cover all weather situations!!). Anyway, I now have two large bags of clothes for charity as they are all far too big - will have to have some retail therapy on holiday to replace them. Oh well......!
Slimmingmummy...I am with you on that one. I had a NSV today at work with someone who I have not seen for a few weeks comment on how well I am looking plus (and sorry, know this is not the right thread but I am so chuffed) just got back from WI and I've lost another 1lb and got my Club 10 award...
Just had a very nice comment from a male (!) work colleague who's back in office today after 2 week holiday..."just how much more weight are you going to loose then....you will be a waif soon" (and at the time I was munching into my lunch - jacket potato, melted l/f cheese, ham with salad!!)...
Just had tea at hubby's golf club (rump steak, jacket & salad washed down with a syn'd G&T). Started a chat with the lovely waitress who had lost weight with WW, but had but some back on. She and friend looking for a new weight loss programme. Told her about extra easy plan which she had not...
We have had summer dress down for the past 6 weeks at work, today is first day of normal business wear. I've got a trouser suit on today that I purchased in May. I will only get a few weeks wear out of the jacket (getting rather baggy) and trousers - well - I've had to put on a safety pin to...
1.5lbs off for me this week - pleased as I've not been 100% well. Just a tiny half pound to go for my Club 10. Determined to get it next week before my hols!
Have a good week everyone.
Hi Shazboo
Don't event think of it as a diet -it's just healthy eating! My only regret is.....I didn't discover SW years ago! You will soon get use to it. The weight loss can be slow for some (including me), but I think it's better that way and easier to keep the weight off. I guarantee...
Just had to add my thanks to Brit Mum for this receipe - made it for the first time a couple of weeks ago - served it with summer berries and squirty cream - really lovely - making it again tonight (treat after weigh in)!!!
Baked trout with lemon, saute herby pots (in fry light), watercress and garden peas....followed by SW eton mess (1.5 syns) with summer berries and may be a cheeky dry white spitzer (as I have enough spare syns today). Mmmm
I only discovered mug shots last week lol!
Love the sound of the tomato & herb in a jacket...mmm with a spinkling of HEX cheese on top, slightly melted - dam, just finished lunch today....!
Hi All
Dreaded * week for me too - gained 1/2 lb......oh well, will loose it next week! Bit miffed as was determined to get my Club 10 last night. Have a good week everyone.
Lost a 1lb this week and finally got my stone award ! Woo hoo!
1.5lbs to go for my Club 10 - really chuffed! Oh and had my first Mug Shot y'day (lol) - lovely and free - why haven't I tried them before?
STS this week. Bit gutted as only 1/2lb to go for my stone award (& a further 2 for Club 10). Consultant says that this (and small losses) is common when approaching awards. Oh well, determined for next week!
And for pudding.? Try this, only 2 syns a portion (but I add a dollop of half fat spray cream too). I've made this loads of times including for dinner parties - no one can believe it's a low fat/syn desert!

Hey Applejack - I lost another 1lb too this week and like you, have had a bit of synful week! Just 2lb's to go to my 1 stone sticker and a further 2lb to my club 10. Still enjoying the plan too! Have a great week everyone.
I lost 2lb's this week which is amazing after a weekend away! Just under half way to my target weight (want to loose 2 stone). Have been beating myself up recently as only having small losses of 1/2 to 2lbs or STS, but having looked at my journey so far, I have gone the last 8 weeks with no...
