    I did ww when I was pregnant, my son is now 8 months old, I just followed the plan, ate loads fruit n veg and sometimes went a few points over... I would lose some weeks and maintain, I did it half way through as I was gaining weight rapid at the beginning

    My leaders also said some people just can't eat all there weeklies as they end up with a small gain at the end of the week ... Play around with them and maybe only have half... Most of the 2.5 is probably water retention though

    I think most scales in group are the same but in sure there can be some fluctuation, I always weigh at home before I go and my home scales weigh me up to half a lb heavier .. Your ur weight can fluctuate throughout the week week though

    I usually have fruit for breakfast with a yogurt or a cereal bar low point crisp veg to bulk out my meals ... And I don't really eat carbs, I don't eat potatoes and prob have 1 slice of bread a week lol .. Funny enough ugh my friends do say I'm disciplined lol

    I would say that's about right, your never be able to get it exact as Chinese takeaways are all different, some use more oil, bigger/smaller portions, different amount of sauce, some are dry and don't come in sauce etc etc i personally point 18 for mine

    I use my pp on whatever I like, so if I have a chocolate bar instead of tea that's my choice. I always use when I do it, last weekend on sat I had a cookie, curly wurly, single twix finger, some round tree randoms, quavers... I pretty much used all my points on snacks all day and never had...

    Hello, I done ww and lost nearly 3 stone, I then fell pregnant (im 26 weeks on saturday) But im gaining weight way to quickly, so far 1 stone 7lbs! :( so starting from tomorrow im going to start WW again, and see how it goes, my plan is to lose some of the weight i gained (about 7lbs)...

    i generally dont use them... maybe 5 max a week ... i only use them for occasions if i have one that week, for example i have nothing planned for the next 2 weeks but on the 3rd week i got a curry night out so will use them then :)

    everyone gets a weeklie allowence of 49pp and your daily points will depend on your height, weight, age and sex i think ... your leader will tell you how many points your on a day but no matter what you will have an extra 49. Oh and you can eat anything aslong as you point it! :)

    Yes they would be 3pp as you have had 2 in 1 day. Alot of stuff is like this. Example Oreos are 1pp each but 2 is 3pp Most slices of white bread are 2pp each or 5pp for 2 slices ... Mini twister ice Lolly 1pp each or 3pp for 2!

    It is roughly 40 cals = 1pp ... But that's not always true ... Try dividing the calories on something by 40, see what you get and then work out the points ... Your always be close
