    Hi I am in Shepley - just outside Hudds. Honestly do not worry - my losses have been 6lb, 1lb, 6lb 1lb - never a nice regular figure. But over the 100 days I did lose over 3 stones. Look at it his way, a bad week is good because you know next week means a big loss!

    Katie - I got a suot for 20 quid in new look - they are fine to wear a few times they just don't last after repeated washing - so if you want a new suit try there. Not sure what size you are at the mo but New Look have a good range of sizes. :D

    Lots of veg and protein and no or few carbs should be fine. White spirit with low cal mixer and muchoo water (more than 4 ltrs) a day should see you OK. I presume the extra exercise you will be getting will burn off any cals ;)

    Wow - comparing LL results to two previous Slimming World attempts

    I lost 6 stones on SW and never put it all back on (put on about 4!) but the problem with SW is that there is no protion control at all - huge amounts of pasta etc etc. I think it was the lack of understanding about how much I needed (rather than wanted) that was my downfall.

    weigh in today and a visit to my specialist. It has been 6 months I wonder if he'll notice a difference :eek: Well I find out what other steps we can take to hopefully have a baby - losing weight was something I needed to do to enable me to have treatment. So wish me luck!

    carry around 5lbs of sugar for a day and then see if you think it isn't a big loss! Please don't fret - it will not come off in consistent chunks - I have 6lb losses and 1 lb losses but at the end of 12 weeks I have lost over 3 stone. Try not to focus on the short term - look a the mid term...

    On lighter life it's 4 litres min Sam. Many of us drink much more! In response to the OP - I get this sometims but I think it was more to do with being too hot at night and have turned down the heating. Could your issue be something similar?

    Zomble - my LLC told us that it has been proven in studies that those with a BMI of 23 (no more no less) have greater success at maintaining their weight. That is what I am aiming for. Hope that helps you and well done on fantastic work so far.
