    Am new to propoints this week and have just bought some spelga yoghurts by Dale Farm, the info on the pk is per 100g protein- 4.3 carbs- 19.3 fat - 1.2 fibre- 0.1 and each pot is 125g, I worked out that 100g is 3 pp but would you add an extra pp for the other 25g. Thanks
