Hey what about making up some cous cous and chicken or ham with it? I make it up with a stock cube and add roasted veg. It's lovely cold and easy to take in a lunchbox. Or maybe make up some lettuce rolls....lettuce, with ham and tomatoe etc rolled up like a sandwich? No syns and you can add...

I started JUDDD on Tuesday but have struggled with down days and sticking to 500 cals! Tuesday was 697 cals and Thursday was 572.. Down day today and determined to stick to 500 or under!
My up days have been between 1400...
I lost weight at class on Thursday and since then have binged!! I'm going to try to up the superfree also and try to limit the damage. Disgusted with myself!!! Good luck for your weigh in and as people have said, try to move on from it! :-)

What about some fruit and yoghurt? It's simple and quick... My favourite is magic porridge, just mix your hexb porridge with a Mullerlight(or whatever yoghurt you prefer) the night before and it's ready to eat the next morn? I have move with some berries and a coffee.

I think we all suffer from confidence problems when we are overweight or don't feel good about ourselves..I would work on getting yourself out there and just try chatting to some girls..just see what works and what you feel comfortable with..
