    Heron or Iceland sell frozen meals for £1 or some things 2 for £3 Pound land sell £1 biscuits/cakes etc Asda normally sell the breads fairly cheap. I got the 6 pack of wraps for 50p last week Tesco light choices are a better option in my opinion and have pp on package.

    I don't know if you have a smart phone but I have the app on my iPhone. It is fantastic and I wouldn't be able to stick to the plan without it. As I lose note books and paper but never lose my phone. I plan before hand and add food as I go. Minimins app is great too!! :)

    I don't think there are slimming world apps other than the SW one with is rubbish. I use my adapted version of myfitnesspal. I changed my daily calories to 15 to reflect 15 syns. It's a pain at first but most my foods are on there now. The minimins iPhone app is great too!

    Boots shapers range is a great option. M&S also do some great salads. If you want to pick something low in pp then look for the options that are less calories. Most meal deals involve a fruit bowl. Which is free in points.
