I shouldn't moan really. My problem is that for the first three months or so I lost well over a stone every month and I'm now at that stage where it's slowing down. As my friend rightly said, I've more muscle now which weighs more and less fat to actually lose.
I don't do a weekly weigh in but I'd say I'm still averaging probably two pounds a week. A couple of weeks ago I lost nothing all week but then the following week I lost a pound a day for five days. It's weird how it works really.
At least the important thing is I weigh five stones less than I did on 1st January. Plus I'm now officially overweight rather than that hideous word obese![]()
What an achievement! 5 stone since January! You mustn't recognise yourself now!
