I should achieve my exercise target tomorrow.

Another note I've been unemployed for two months.
During the bad weather it was quite satisfying knowing that I don't need to get up or go out.

My job was quite physical so maybe contributed to the plateauing of my weight.
Gained employment a couple of days ago so might help a little towards my weight loss.
PVG check to be carried out so will not take up position for another couple of weeks at least.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
Weight down to 225.8 lbs (16 st 1.8 lbs) from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 223 lb (15.99 st)
 
Looking into doing some fitness classes and swimming to continue my weight loss.
Although I can set that up once I'm settled back into employment.

The exercise bike is great for your legs but I want to tone my upper body also.

Away in the caravan and I have brought my bike so hoping to get some miles in before the month ends!

Saturday last walk of the month. Didn't get any cycling dine but as I exceeded my targets for walking and running I'm not unhappy.

strength training 6/6 sessions

thats great news, well done. As many know at 50 and after 20 years in one (sort of, contract work) I have been trying to get a new job. I started training last Monday week and tomorrow "go live". My exercise now comprises of about 4km walking a day in heels.
