Yoga on Wednesday, plus a 3.5 mile run today.

strength training 5/6 sessions
Running - 22.5/ 20 miles
Walking -14.5/ 20 miles
Cycling - 0/ 15 mile

Should improve my walking total tomorrow as the plan is to do a decent walk in the peaks. Still lacking in my cycling😕

Been on a Canicross social run this morning. 3.5 miles.

A week to cycle 15 miles and do 1x strength session. I have yoga on Wednesday so I should close that off okay. Now the clocks have changed and I have 3.5 day week this week. If the weather holds I can still do that cycling! (Unfortunately I think the forecast is more snow but we have to wait and see!)

Over the last month my weight has sort of kind of stuck without dropping.
Although I have been snacking a bit more over the last six weeks or so.
It looks like I might have to cut out some snacks.
Unfortunately obviously not burning off the "sinful snacks".

Ponytails - white or dark peak area? Was there much snow still on the hills? I’m up there in a week or so, is all.

Have you thought about upping your exercise if you are stuck on a plateau? I had a nosey back to January and noticed that your output and length of time have both remained the same.

The problem with exercise is that you constantly need to up it to keep seeing the same benefits. In terms of my running I've incorporated both some longer runs and faster runs. Maybe start off by trying to increase your RPM for the first 5 minutes of every session?

Some good advice regarding my weight plateauing.
Although I believe it's a mix of both exercise and over-eating in regards to weight hovering.

Might get some kettlebells etc.
Also might start swimming again to mix up the exercise regime.
Although mentally getting back in the pool without the thought of being "harpooned" is not ideal.
You always think you are worse than you actually are though.
 
Don't worry @Chubby Ghost . I always think that no matter how bad I think I look when I go swimming I always see someone who looks worse than me!

I'm also a pretty good swimmer (I used to be in a competitive swimming club growing up) so the look of surprise on all the fit people's faces when the "fat girl" comes flying past 😂😂
 
The thought of going swimming is actually worse than the activity involved.
