Lunch - Free Soup, 2 quorn saus
Dinner - Quorn Saus, chilli, beans, mashed potato
Bedtime drink - Milk (a)

well done on the loss, did you do mostly red or green days.

I do more red than green always eat to much rice and pasta on a green, :(
