    The firminator stuff is meant to disolve fat layers under the skin rather than 'tighten' skin which has been stretched. As for exercise, it doesnt have to mean going for a run everyday. Just going for a walk everyday can make a difference.

    Dont be afraid to eat cos the danger is if you let yourself get too hungry and deprive yourself then thats when youre more likely to reach for all the high cal/fat stuff. This is how sw works by encouraging you to eat enough of the good stuff to keep you full and keep away from the bad stuff.

    I think with exercise you can make improvements but it is still a matter of working with what you have rather than completely changing your shape.     My C told us to use whatever we need that day/week. I have also been told by my C before that as I only have a couple of stone to lose I should stick to around 10. :confused: I try to stick to an average of 70 a week, but if there's some weeks I need to full amount I have it.
